I’m going to assume it’s the manager on duty. I had an uber eats pick up for a customer. They sent me a message asking for a barbecue sauce and the manager wouldn’t take care of the customer. The customer also order a large slushy which they were out of stock on. The customer asked for a large sprite, I was told no they’ll get a medium. So to recap I get charged 27 cents for 1 barbecue sauce and have to take the wrong drink and wrong size drink. I guess customer service is dead along with being professional. Additionally she was extremely rude to the other employee that was trying to explain the situation.

Either a crew of “mean girls” or inexperienced crew working the drive through today. Food was Burger King nothing say here but while waiting for an order yes it was bigger I was feeding a crew of 5 a young girl asks if I was waiting for the small order after I repeated myself twice I was waiting for the big order the person who initially took my order comes back to deliver it. Not sure what that was but it was just weird. Better training in customer service or internal communication is needed there.

Came throught drive through this evening. Waited about 2 minutes at the speaker alone to order. Once we ordered and parked noticed that half our order was wrong.. we ordered 2 honey mustard wraps at the window only got charged for one.. but it wasn't a meal yet we were given a regular fry. When we went through the drive through to let them know it was wrong nothing but attitude was given from the worker when all I trying to tell her that she charged me for a fry I didn't order and didn't charge for the wrap. No attitude on my end but she shamed the window and finally agreed to change out the the fry for a wrap that was originally supposed to be on my order anyways.

I ordered the mushroom burger, washroom whopper and I asked for a freshly grilled whopper the burger comes with Swiss cheese, their sauce and mushrooms as I always do. I opened up the package before driving off, and when I saw there was only a half a teaspoon of mushrooms on my burger I gave it back and demanded my money back. Many fast food restaurants suck a customers out blowing up pictures of their product or making it look hot and juicy but when you get it, it’s not what it appears and most of the time it’s not hot. But myself I always check my food before I pull off from drive through window because that’s what they normally get you but not me and they learned that from me tonight

I ordered from the app and when I went they didn’t make my food and refuse to give me a refund . The manager and worker at the window were rude and unprofessional.

So online it says they closed at 1, but when we got there it says they closed at 12. Literally a few minutes after 12 to pick up a doordash and instead of her opening the window saying they closed, she pointing at that little ass paper on the window? girl we can barely see yo ass, how we pose to see that little ass sign with the time on it.. if y’all ain’t gone operate under the times online, then y’all need to update it and stop misleading folks???‍♂️

PLEASE READ: I went inside to order food to-go. I received my food and a cup to get my drink. I helped myself to the tea & didn’t like it. I poured it out & chose the sprite. I was unaware the sprite was no longer available and the slot was reserved for a whole colony of ants. YES, a LOT of ants came pouring into my cup. Why didn’t I take a picture for y’all?! It obviously threw me off because I wasn’t expecting to see all these ants taking a swim in my cup. What through me off even more, was when I told the crew member AND THEY ALREADY KNEW! Y’all I can’t make this up. Their demeanor it was as if it’s normal to them smh. The crew member saw I wasn’t getting anything to drink out of the machine at all & offered to get my drink from drive thru; no thank you slushy please. I already didn’t want to eat BK because it seems like 95% of them have low sanitation scores. This took the cake, NOW BK it’s been real, I’M DONE.
