We had a great experience at Carolina Ale House, and a big reason for that was our waitress, Jessica. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to be around. She checked in at all the right times, made sure our drinks were full, and handled everything smoothly without ever feeling rushed or intrusive.
