Pizza has not been made/put in the oven/checked/nor boxed. Was told the “printer was out of paper”. Asked how I might avoid this situation in the future and was told BY THE MANAGER that “I will not be talked to in that tone”. Called Dominos and had a pizza within 25 minutes. You know what Ms.Manager, you’re right, I don’t need to do any future business with you! Thank you for showing me the true colors of Chanellos Pizza!

We ordered for the 1st time and had it delivered. We got a meat lovers pizza. The sauce and sausage was very good. If I had anything to complain about, I might suggest bringing the toppers closer to the edge. But, very good. We got parm garlic wings. Very good flavor, but if you like crispy wings, these are not. Overall very happy with our meal! Fast delivery and very nice delivery guy. I'm a fan!

This Pizza both my wife's andmyself, was pitiful. I asked for no red sauce and no tomato and got plenty of both. My wife asked for no tomato and of course there was tomato all over it. Beside that is the poor quality, soggy bottom. Really couldn't be worse if you tried. We've been trying to use Chanello's for 4 years but this is the last time it was absolutely gross.
