This Pizza both my wife's andmyself, was pitiful. I asked for no red sauce and no tomato and got plenty of both. My wife asked for no tomato and of course there was tomato all over it. Beside that is the poor quality, soggy bottom. Really couldn't be worse if you tried. We've been trying to use Chanello's for 4 years but this is the last time it was absolutely gross.

I wish some people were locked out of reviews. No where is perfect all of the time. But they are close. This place is fantastic. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. Once, our food was late. The next time we ordered the owner brought it. For free! How did he remember. Great place!!!

I was heading to our daughter and son in laws home and they asked me to pick up the food order from Chanellos pizza in Garner.The place is definitely not much to look at, I actually passed it before realizing it was in the gas station. It is Totally worth it! The man working the counter was really friendly even chit chatted for a minute.The food was hot and fresh prices were good - If you are ever near there I highly recommend you go here.

Will not be going back. Ordered online with a scheduled pick up time of 45 minutes later. I arrived a few minutes early and they had not even made the pizza. Told me that their system was new and there were some problems, not really an apology. Felt that the two female employees are not very into customer service. Ordered a plain cheese pie. Crust is not hand tossed, it was spread out and then run over with an implement that looks like a mini aerator. Tasted flat and was a bit tough. Sauce and cheese were average. Have definitely had better from other pizza places in the area.

We ordered a thin crust pizza and it came looking like this. Everything was slid to one side. I called asking for another pizza and they were very reluctant to give me any compensation. I called the manager and never got a call back from him. I wasn’t trying to be picky, but the lady who answers the phone stated it was because it was a thin crust and that it wasn’t the driver’s fault. I had ordered thin crust before and it never looked like that. So regardless of who’s fault it was, that was an unacceptable pizza.I will sadly not order from them again.The pizza itself just tastes average. No NY style pizza for sure.

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Chanello's... There was a mishap with my order. (Maybe) my fault I am unsure but instead of questioning me or making me feel bad, they just sent me another pizza. I tried to pay (unsure) incase it was my fault, but they were not having any of that. I got off the phone speechless and said I will order pizza nowhere else bc of how amazing they were. Thank You
