I was humiliated and accused of stealing a cup of Mac and cheese. All because the cashier didn’t change my fries to Mac and cheese. So the manager on duty decided to humiliate me in front of all the folks eating near me. I asked the cashier in front of the manger if he recalled me asking to change the fries to Mac and he stated yes and stated I had ask for this up charge as it’s not a an even exchange. The piece of chicken couldn’t have been 3ounces. It was a $12 meal of bread.
Placed a mobile order and they were out of a product after we paid. They were going to substitute but it would cost more. There would be food we’d have to throw out because they couldn’t take the chicken off the salad. We frequent chick-fil-a and the service was the worst and the drive thru was empty so it wasn’t because they were swamped.
