Love CFA but the breakfast crew needs better management. I came in around 9:35 at drive through and was not gone till 10:10. Ordered 2 CFA biscuits, one regular biscuit and the other missing a chicken patty with just two buns lol. I get fast food is hard but this location obviously has issues.

slowest cfa ever. i got a spicy chicken filet and a small fry and a water. it’s been twenty minutes and i still have no food and it was a mobile order.

update: i did curbside and no one ever came so i went inside and it was sitting there with like 7-8 other orders. lunch rush? idk but cfa aint everrrr moved that slow.

I love chik, but will do my absolute best to never come this one in Garner ever again. I had a carry out order that they messed up after taking their sweet time to make it. I had to come back to get the rest of my order. The staff was having fun in the drive thru area but not doing a thing about the front. The trashes were overflowing in the cafe. It was not the chil fil an experience I’ve grown to expect.

I was humiliated and accused of stealing a cup of Mac and cheese. All because the cashier didn’t change my fries to Mac and cheese. So the manager on duty decided to humiliate me in front of all the folks eating near me. I asked the cashier in front of the manger if he recalled me asking to change the fries to Mac and he stated yes and stated I had ask for this up charge as it’s not a an even exchange. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and the one on timer since I was a kid. I come here 6-8 times a week as my wife and kids love chick fil a. But no worries I will not spend another dollar here. I kept my cool the whole time. But best believe I wanted to slap the cup of Mac on the floor. I also left all my food on the table Untouched. They were nice enough to give me my money back. I grew up in the area and anyone that know me know I don’t have a need to steal food.

As someone who worked at Chick-fil-a for years, I am appalled by the way this CFA is ran. This is the closest CFA to my house and sometimes I forget it’s worth driving the extra 5 minutes to a different one. Every time I place a mobile drive thru order and regret it. Not only does it take me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru (what’s the point of a mobile order!) but I receive an order with no sauce, dressing, utensils, or napkins. By the time I get my food I’m starving and so ready to be out of that drive thru I don’t realize I’m missing arguably the best part of my meal! It’s infuriating.

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to that no only gets things wrong, they consistently do it every time. This time my fries have no salt on them at all and that completely ruins them. The last time that I went, I had no top bun on my deluxe chicken sandwich. I don't know what's going on at this location, but they seriously need to start adhering to their own standards. Worst location I've ever been to.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes and when I get to the window, the girl is just chit chatting with her friends and looking around clueless for my order when it was right in front of her. Very frustrating. There should be no playing around at work especially during rush hour.

They did my order wrong twice!!! I am very disappointed! Today I asked them for cheese the person on the speaker didn't even wanted to hear what I was trying to say. I felt like she was just trying to pass hurry. I am paying you guys for my food I should get better service!! Also maybe last month me and my sister went to order and they gave us the wrong order! Do better!

I don’t think this location has ever gotten my order right. Today I paid for strips and didn’t receive them. Normally, my fries are only half way filled. You roll the dice of getting what you ordered by eating here.

Very poor service at the drive-through. Nobody to greet us outside and the line was extremely long. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately this location does not have a mobile line like other locations so even if you order ahead you still have to wait for everyone in front of you to order and get their food. The wait is crazy. Hopefully they will change. I try to go to the White Oak location instead. They have a mobile only lane and a QR code to check in. There’s no wait.

All around good experiences at this CFA. Unfortunately, I noticed what looks like mold in my eggs this morning. I called the restaurant to make them aware and the person I spoke to was very kind. She said it may have been residue from the grill, but that still makes it unappetizing. Overall a great location with friendly staff.
