I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular one consistently fails to fill up the fries. I go to this place often, and for the past two months I have had 7 or 8 times when the amount of fries has been extremely low. The large fry containers are half full or less than half full. I am not exaggerating when I say they provide less in a large fry than other Chick-fil-A's put in a medium fry. I hate leaving a bad review, and I love Chick-fil-A as an organization. I genuinely just want the appropriate amount of fries.

I just want to say that y’all really need to have a 6 count of the chicken minis. The 4 count is too little and the 10 count is too much for one person. Pleaseeee bring back the 6 count!
Shorted me on nuggets gave us 2 8 counts when we paid for 2 12 counts .Would have went back but didn’t notice until we were down the road and the line was long and we had somewhere to be . Around 7pm on Friday the 14th

Food was great. We ordered the club sandwich and the chicken strips, the club sandwich had colby jack, tomatos grilled chicken. We also ordered the oreo milkshake and cherry Sprite. The cherry sprite was really good and flavorful.

This is the slowest chikfila I’ve ever been to. We ordered via the app and waited 12 minutes in line for our food And they gave us a scrap of breading and counted it as a chicken nugget. They also did not give us the sauces we asked for.

Parking situation is purposely confusing 😕 The management refuses to do anything about it. In the time we were in line watched 3 cars go around twice and three cars leave. A complete joke. I'm not eating at your restaurant to be tricked and confused because management is too lazy to fix the problem by moving some cones around.
The drive thru wasn't busy at all, but the way they had the cones positioned, there was no obvious entry point. You literally had the cones in the way of the entry, and when I suggested moving them, you just shrugged it off.

Arrived around 9:15am Monday. Restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered our food so I went to find us a table. I was told I’m going to clean this area so could you sit somewhere else. So I went to the other side of the restaurant to sit which wasn’t a problem. Our food came and while we were eating the custodian came to that side and started to sweet around our table. I thought it was ridiculous and unsanitary for them to start sweeping right next to us. I didn’t see any food or spills that needed attention. We asked him if he would mind not sweeping around us because we were trying to eat but quickly got an attitude and said that was his job.
