Both of our cups had defective lids, which caused both drinks to spill all over my vehicle. The staff would not cover the cost of cleaning the interior, which is frustrating, as the spill was not due to any mistake on our part—the cups and lids were defective. I’m now having to pay $150 to have sticky residue removed from my center console. I would have expected better customer service and accountability in this situation

Thanks to Esther register 54 12/2/25 at 11:19 a.m. for being a master at excellent customer service. I am celiac, so gluten free, but still like fast food on occasion. Esther offered to call in my wheat/gluten allergy, checked everything for me and provided stellar service. The meal was perfect and I can have the peppermint shake with zero reaction yay. Ty.

Husband and I went to get breakfast here at this particular location around 7:30 AM and our food was not hot at all, almost as though it was food that was prepared the day before. The biscuits were stale, the edges were hard and the hash browns were soggy.

BEST CHIC FIL A!!! I wanted to give a shout out to my girl LYDIA that I just met through the drive through. Right off the bat, her confidence and humor sky rocketed off my freaking charts. She made me feel extremely welcomed as a customer, and in all, probably my best experiences at a Chic-fil-a. She ate that down and now I’m about to eat this sandwich down. Thank you.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A numerous times and have extended wait times almost every time. Including a time, I actually never got my order because I waited for 20 minutes and had to go. Save your time and go to the white oak location. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A in the triangle

Normally Chick-fil-A restaurants get a five-star but when you go out of your way and request no ice when you're drinking and it's loaded with ice then you get a 3. Get it together folks
