I used the drive-thru. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have forgotten my sauces if they hadn't asked. It's nice when so many restaurants may give you only one or two sauces, then charge when you ask for more. I was given enough without having to ask.i will continue to got there for a quick got dinner.

I have complained about food , wait and orders being wrong...BUT TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME I COMPLAIN ABOUT A CHICK FIL EMPLOYEE. That young girl got an attitude when I told her I was missing items and then returns and shoves the bag in my hand without saying anything word rolled her eyes turned and left. I hope someone trains her better because next time she does it , I'll be shoving the bag back into her face!

Food was good, maybe not good idea to go on Saturday as it was difficult finding a table. Lots of parents holding up tables waiting for kids to finish playing. Guess making kid eat then sitting in play area is too much to ask, though that's what I do when I take my nephew.
Dined in and ordered a chicken sandwich once I got it there was an extremely visible bug. Also while I ordered the cashier messed up my change twice so I had to ask a manager for the correct change. They also forgot to bring one of my drinks. Tables weren’t very clean so I had to ask a different employee to clean it for us. Service was mediocre. Probably won’t return to this location again.

I ordered 10 chicken strips.
Spelled my name completely wrong without checking how to pronounce or spell my name (I had a name tag shirt on top of that), and I got received a completely wrong order.
I wouldn't have said anything if my order was accurate.
I don't know how express my frustration beyond that.

the driveway to get in this place was so confusing I was in town for a job and went to get a mobile order at lunch. Almost wrecked in the parking lot confused and trying to get into the damn line. Went around the building 2 times just trying to figure out how to get into the mobile line and could tell others were also confused. Got cut in front of by 2 cars because the place is so disorganized
