I was humiliated and accused of stealing a cup of Mac and cheese. All because the cashier didn’t change my fries to Mac and cheese. So the manager on duty decided to humiliate me in front of all the folks eating near me. I asked the cashier in front of the manger if he recalled me asking to change the fries to Mac and he stated yes and stated I had ask for this up charge as it’s not a an even exchange. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and the one on timer since I was a kid. I come here 6-8 times a week as my wife and kids love chick fil a. But no worries I will not spend another dollar here. I kept my cool the whole time. But best believe I wanted to slap the cup of Mac on the floor. I also left all my food on the table Untouched. They were nice enough to give me my money back. I grew up in the area and anyone that know me know I don’t have a need to steal food.
We waited for over 30 minutes for our food to come out after ordering. Over 13 cars got their food before i gave up counting. They gave me less nuggets than supposed to come and messed up our sides as well. Lainey took our order, asked twice to make sure she heard correct, and still put down the wrong food. I’ve been coming here my whole life and this has never happened. The guy outside was sweet and helpful with everything but there was an obvious miscommunication or lack of service on this. I understand being busy but this is a different level. To try to make up for this they gave us EXPIRED coupons. This is not okay and extremely disappointing. There are more and more issues as we look, this is a clear indication of not caring about nor taking this job seriously. I have never received this service from anywhere with the continuous issues.

The food was delicious, as is consistent with Chick-Fil-A’ as a whole, but Julia was rude and unwelcoming. Not the usual service I receive at these establishments.

My husband got the breakfast scramble bowl and it looked like someone ate most of it or maybe they were short on supplies - it had two nuggets and two hashbrowns, you could see the bottom of the bowl all the way around, he ate it in 3 bites and this cost $12. The floors were slippery/greasy, they also forgot 2 items in our order. We were traveling so we just dealt with what we had

As we were in line about to order this caucasian man saw us and turned around to go goof off with his friends and did NOT take our order but proceeded to take the car behind us order. Very disappointed.

It's one of the worst CFAs! I've had problems out of this one, but I try to give them another chance since they're my local restaurant. I visited Saturday (2/8/25) after 6 PM. I used mobile to order and checked in via the QR code. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with mac and cheese + drink. One of the workers dropped my bag and drink to my vehicle, and the only thing in the bag was the mac and cheese. I asked him if he would be bringing my chicken sandwich that wasn't in the bag, and he said, "Oh, we are all out of spicy chicken for the night" so I asked why would you give me the mac and cheese and not let me know (he was going to walk off) he told me he would check and be right back. After a minute or two, a young lady arrived (I guess a manager) she told me they were out of spicy and could give me a regular sandwich, or do you want a refund. I asked why I wasn't informed, and she gave me a dismissive "Sorry about that" and asked what I wanted to do. I told her I would just take the refund. She proceeded to ask for the food back, and when I said, "Do you want it she said "Well I can't do anything with it, so just keep it." So why would you ask me that question? She processed the refund and handed it to another work to hand to me. I will not return to this location again. I noticed it's a lot of kids working and a lot of horse playing. Customer service is basically I don't care.

This location is getting rich just off items ordered but not received. Last time I ordered a gallon of a drink and they gave me the wrong (cheaper) one and today it was 2 bottles of honey mustard sauce. Employees don’t care.

The parking lot is awful the people were not very welcoming my chicken was small and over cooked and they didn’t put the stuff in the coffee for me.

I got two spicy chicken biscuits around 7:45 after waiting 15 minutes and even after waiting one of the sandwiches was not completely cooked. I complained to the manager and she said had to bring them back after I threw it out. I’ve been a customer for 2 years every day. How do I bring them back after I threw it out? This was the first time I’ve complained

Completely incompetent workers. They are unable to get orders right at all. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I’ve gone my order is either completely wrong or missing items. I don’t know if the workers need more training or just lack awareness. But it’s ridiculous at this point.

this has got to be one of the WORST operated chickfilas period. excessive wait times, teenagers and immature young adults in the kitchen more concerned with playing around than getting orders out. if you get into the drive thru GOOD LUCK. you’ll be sitting there for about 20 minutes for a damn chicken sandwich.
This place is getting worse with these kids working over there i had to waite over 20 min for an order that was replaced online and i payed for extra chicken for my sald that was never there.

The chicken was chewy, which is not normal for chick-fil-a. The service was good and eating area was clean.

The staff was not friendly or enthusiastic at all I guess that's a reflection of management or the franchise owner! Never had any trouble at the one in Rocky Mount North Carolina! They are always overly friendly and quick to help and take your order!
