This happened yesterday afternoon. I want to start by saying that the manager has good customer service but the waiters are unfriendly, exactly two who were serving the restaurant at that time. This was not the real problem, when they bring my coleslaw with the rest of the food, in fact the way to serve, I start to eat the coleslaw and suddenly a COCKROACH comes out of my plague that was moving from one side to another. Ordered delivery on the chilis website. Half the order was left at the restaurant. Called restaurant and they simply do not care. Most unprofessional experience.
Will not order from there again and what’s more we will no eat there either
