This is our favorite Chili's location!! We always sit at the bar, John seems to always be there working and making drinks and customers happy. He's so efficient at his job and keep things moving plus has conversations with his patrons. Highly recommend going to see him and enjoy a great meal. I ordered the salmon for the 1st time after asking John what he thought about it, he said it's great actually and he was right. So 😋 good and I would get it again. My husband always enjoys the Margarita grilled chicken it's his favorite dish. Don't forget to sign up for rewards and get the free chips and salsa, chilis homemade chips are always my favorite. Wow! Thats the only word to describe how my visit was today at Chili's in white oak shopping center. Today is my daughter's 13th birthday and I took her shopping at the mall. She decided against food court lunch and begged for Chili's. I reluctantly said yes because we already had plans to go to another restaurant tonight. She agreed to go a split an appetizer with a friend. We were seated quickly, greeted quickly, everything was appropriately paced. I mentioned to our server, McKayla, we were here per my daughters request since it was her birthday. When I say everything was hot/warm, perfectly made (including my margarita) the kitchen staff did phenomenal. I got the new trip dip and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of guacamole they gave and it was VERY fresh!! Look at this cheese pull from the mozzarella! We cleaned our space i was getting ready to pay and I heard all this clapping. The staff sang a happy birthday song to my daughter and gave her an ice cream. Her face was sooo red we were not expecting that! I was on the phone I unfortunately didnt get a picture! But absolutely phenomenal and I hope others will have similar experiences. 10/10 will return!!

Won't go back. I didn't have high expectations for Chili's but this one was exceptionally mid. $72 for an Appetizer and 2 average Dinners. Didn't even get refills on water and Dr. Pepper. I think I'm done with chain restaurants for good finally.

Manager Danny had terrible customer service, I called in for my mom about a remake on some food we purchase that was cold and had a hair in it. He flat out said we'll I highly doubt that anyone told you that, insinuating that I was lying. Which i stated that I didn't think that 2 rib plates was worth someone coming up with a lie that extravagant just to recieve a free meal. He was extremely rude and my issue was still to no resolve, managers need to be sure to record complaints and to note what was promised to customers, what a waste of money and time we spent well over 100$ with a party of 8 guest. We will not be returning!!!!!

I recently visited this Chili’s and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Kudos to our server, Benjamin, he truly understands what customer service is all about. He was incredibly friendly, attentive to every need, and on top of every table he was responsible for. Even on a slammed Saturday night, we never once felt overlooked. I was genuinely impressed with his performance,I’d hire him any day! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, everything came out hot and perfectly prepared. Great job to the entire team for handling such a busy Saturday night so well. Highly recommend!
