My boyfriend and I had a terrible dine in experience. It took about twenty mins to get someone to come to our table. I also spoke up for the woman behind us who walked in before us and hadnāt been served yet either. Remind your employees that they are at WORK not back in the high school hallway. Because thats the energy majority of them had. If you donāt like dealing with the general public, find a different job. But having that high school energy with GROWN people is not a good idea! Please contact me. Iād like a refund if possible

Food was excellent, service was slow but the nearly every table was taken so it's understandable. The atmosphere is 3-stars because a couple with a DOG was allowed to sit and dine in the restaurant. Based on the the dogs actions, its my opinion that the dog was not trained as a service dog. There was no insignia to indicate the dog is a service dog (no vest, no specific collar, no specific leash). I witnessed the dog sniff every table it walked by when the couple was being seated. I witnessed the dog on its hind legs sniffing the table it was seated at.
It is my understanding that Chili's does not advertise as a place that accepts pets indoors, outside of what is required by law. There are restaurants that do which is fine for them, but I choose not to dine in those restaurants.
Other than the pet being allowed in the restaurant, the atmosphere would have been 5-stars.

We ordered a Trio Sampler from Chiliās through Uber Eats and specifically requested no bacon anywhere in our food due to dietary restrictions. This request was clearly noted in the Uber Eats app and printed on the receipt we received with the order.
However, to our surprise, the sliders contained bacon bits despite the āno baconā instruction being visible both in the app and on the receipt attached to our delivery bag. Thankfully, we checked before eating had we not, this could have led to a serious health issue.
We contacted Uber Eats, but itās been several days with no resolution or refund. While we understand Uber may not be at fault here, the mistake was clearly on Chiliās end, as all instructions were properly noted and confirmed.
This kind of oversight is not only disappointing, itās dangerous. Chiliās should take greater care when handling food allergies or dietary restrictions.

The food was good, the menu was reliable. The staff was excellent. We were first seated at a table in full sun. We tried to close the blinds but they were non-working. We asked for another table and were seated immediately. The manager came over to see that we were happy with our new table.
Can't go wrong at this place and they give military discount at 10%

Stopped in late (9pm) for dinner after our daughter's softball camp. Service was friendly. We were seated right away. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious!! So thankful for the amazing service especially considering how late we arrived.
