Came in today and all the tables were disgusting, can barely sit anywhere. The ice machine had no ice. And we barely got our bowls filled up with food, very slack on serving size. Very disappointing today

Updated after dealing with corporate “customer service”. Apparently the frustration and dissatisfaction at this location is worth a free drink. That’s worse than doing nothing. My family won’t be eating here again.
Original post: This chipotle is consistently inconsistent. Some days are normal. Others you spend waiting 25 min for an online order. The management needs to get it together.

Worst location in the area; place is dirty (as others have noted), staff is disaffected (likely underpaid), always out of items, even with hours left before closing. I put up with it for the reward of convenience, but it just doesn’t seem worth it anymore.

I came in around 315 yesterday to pick up an online order. My order was ready but the entire dinning room was completely dirty. All tables, the floor and napkins forks area was also dirty. There was only one customer at a side table eating. Maybe short staff but no excuse for lack of cleanliness.

We came in about 30min before they closed and chairs and everything was put up as well as some of the toppings. We got our food to go and tipped but the staff still had a very bad attitude and made us feel unwanted.

Mixes all the meats and plant based proteins by carelessly spreading them around.
I saw the staff cleaning the counter with hands wearing the gloves and serving the food again with the same unclean gloves without even changing it, keep on serving other customers till I left with the same thing.
Adding very small portions than what they should have been adding, like they need to do more work to prepare more stuff or something.
I already ordered and cannot refuse as I am halfway through it when I noticed this, and I don’t want to waste the food, so I took the order, so please avoid this place at all cost, do not repeat the mistake I did of coming here!

Staff was not welcoming, rude. there’s wasn’t a have a have nice day or anything from ms girl at the register, 3:30 on a Sunday which was not busy. They don’t like their job seems like. I asked for side items and NOBODY wanted to get it for me.. SMH
Service here sucks ! Workers just standing around while there is a long line !

This is just ridiculous time after time my order is messed up! No sour cream and I ordered sour cream on my bowl of course it was delivered to me with no sour cream. I do not know why I keep supporting this location!!!
