If I could give zero stars, I would. I have always loved Chipotle but this was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. My order was wrong, the tortillas were undercooked, the chips were stale, and the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by even walking in. No greeting, no urgency, no care just blank stares and sloppy service. It’s clear there’s no pride in this location’s food or customer service. Judging by other recent reviews, I’m not the only one noticing the bad service. Management needs to step in immediately, because this isn’t just a “bad day” it’s a pattern. It’s always this specific location that has never been able to do better. If you hate your job then just quit.

Seriously every time since have opened they get it wrong. Undercooked chips or stale chips. I order a taco with two ingredients they forget one. I have to wait in drive through to have fix the order in front of me now. Why please send back the trainers and get this place to do one thing right.
Picked up my order today and unfortunately the honey chipotle chicken I ordered for my bowl was missing, and a couple of other items were incorrect. The food that was made was fresh, but it was disappointing to not get what I ordered. Hoping order accuracy improves in the future.

Did an online order for pickup at 1130. They must have made the food as soon as I put the order in and stuck it on the shelf. I wish it was room temperature. Overpriced for how little food you get. This is why I eat out so rarely now. Should've kept my tip on this order I had to come get and had 0 human interaction with. Restaurant was clean.

Quantity and quality of food in the Burrito Bowls is wildly inconsistent. It is a roll of the dice with every order. Only one of my online orders was actually placed on the kiosk.
It it seems, from the reviews, the new location on 42 in the Cleveland area of Johnston County is worse. As a major restaurant chain, Chipotle needs an overhaul

I got violently sick after eating here.
I visited this Chipotle location for the first time on Thursday, July 24, 2025, and ordered three meals to go. I only ate one portion myself, and within 30 minutes I started feeling seriously unwell. My mouth filled with that sour, off taste you get when something in the food isn't right, and I laid down early with intense stomach pain.
Later that night, I got up and went straight to the refrigerator. I threw out the other two meals and the rest of my own because I didn’t want to risk anyone else in my house getting sick like I did.
By 5:00 a.m., I was still extremely sick—nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting. I even started throwing up bile. I had to drink baking soda in warm water just to try and settle my stomach.
The food may have looked good and the portions were heavy, but the experience was absolutely awful. I’ll never eat here again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.

Had an online pick up order set for 12 pm. I got there at 12:10 and she hadn’t even started my order yet. Order wasn’t ready until 12:20 and they were not busy, no line. Kind of ridiculous.
Watch out for this place... especially when placing togo orders. They give you old food, or the absolute bare minimum... I placed a p/u order and when I went to eat my guacamole and chips, they were not fresh. Normally it's nice and green, well made but when I pulled it out the bag, it was brown like it had been sitting in the air for a while... and the chips weren't fresh either. I order online to keep from waiting in-line while they prepare some of these folks ridiculous orders but i guess I'm going to have to wait like everyone else due to dishonesty

Love Chipotle. Don't patronize this one. Steak was ice cold. Tacos got rolled up in such a way that they were spilled out all over the foil. Salsa Verde was sour, looked like 3 days old.

I always go to this location but today the staff was highly rude. I walk up the the counter and was greeted with nothing but stares. I had to initiate conversation and let them know what I wanted. I get to the register and the girl looks at me like I was interrupting her. After about 14 seconds of us staring at one another she’s asks “will that be all?”. If I wasn’t as hungry as I was I just would’ve left. Not asking to be greeted with a hug but at least make it look like you half want to be bothered with customers. Won’t be returning.

Food servers did well-creating our orders. Great personalities with smiles. The cashier may have been in training. We asked for water cups, but she gave us one medium cup. I thought she didn't hear me, so I asked her again, but she turned around as though she was arranging the chip bags. Another worker, was to the side of her preparing online orders (I think). She politely apologized because she recognized her coworker wasn't responding. She explained there were out of water cups. That was so helpful to know. She gave us 2 of the other cups. We assured her all we wanted was water. We thanked her.
The sitting area needed attention. It was many workers, but not immediately attending to the needs of the dining area. The tables were messy and floors were too. Several customers after us were challenged to find seating because of cleanliness not because of available accommodations. We eventually saw a worker begin to clean tables. The Shift was changing.

I tried to order a large chicken quesadilla for my 6-year-old son. And I get stared at like I'm dumb because it needs to be ordered online only. With all those employees there and a manager you're telling me you can't physically make something and just charge it to me. I need to get out of the line and order it on the phone or a computer. I don't understand how far customer service has fallen and they've replaced everybody with bots. The fact that I'm a customer and I'm right there and you know how to make an item and you won't make it and insult me is ridiculous. I'm never coming here again!
