Do not run, sprint from this place. I had hopes with this location after noticing a few months back that new management had been brought in, but after today, I realize the customer service bar is still set in hell. The employees are unbelievably rude and I would rather starve than to spend my money at this location. Management should be beyond embarrassed. An 8 year old can provide better customer service than your fully grown adult employees. The people costing your restaurant money are not bringing any value to your team, and are not worth keeping around.

The parking lot is a race track during lunch. Service times were good considering the crowd. Portions and food quality were excellent. It's loud and hectic during the rush hours. Get in and get out!

I am so shock today, when my husband and I walk in about to order, it’s crazy the crew were in the middle of brawl at each other yelling at each other very very comfortable, and it’s highly unprofessional,their talking about their TIPS of some sort, just wow, they need to get their situation handle better.

This Chipotle is getting 2 stars. I have came here on several occasions and they are always out of key ingredients. I come at 11:30 am and ask for crispy tacos and you don’t have crispy tacos. You just opened up, I’m confused on that one. I have been here where they ran out of cheese, or they did not have any salad dressing, and the final one was when they did not have any chicken. It doesn’t matter what time of day I come here they are out of something. I’m not gonna even take the chance coming here anymore.

I rarely give a restaurant a 1 star but this is simply the worst Chipotle restaurant in Garner. They ran out of chicken and steak. They told us we had to order a cheese quesadilla online and they could not make it unless we ordered online. Even asked the guy who seemed to be in charge. The countiers were a mess where good was being perpare and no one was cleaning up behind themselves. My wife still ordered food but I refused to do so. I really enjoy eating at Chipotle but go to the one on Fayetteville Rd in Garner. If this restaurant was the only option I would pass.

Terrible Experience – Rude Management & Poor Service I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, and the management was extremely rude. The manager, a white lady with red hair, was dismissive and unprofessional, @7:30pm she stated that she wasn't shredding and more cheese and not making any more meat!!! which made the situation even worse. To top it off, there was only one person working the line, and the place was packed with a line out the door at 8:00 PM. The lack of organization and disrespectful attitude from management made this visit incredibly frustrating. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Chipotle should have much better service !! Especially after the shut down!! Please contact me immediately!!!!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Management I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor, and the management was shockingly rude. I encountered a white lady with red hair who was dismissive and unprofessional, making the situation even worse. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers. I waited in line for over 20 minutes only to get up to the counter where the person first person building the food was throwing everything together fast. Then get to the second part of the line and the second person tells me they don’t have any kind of salsa whatsoever but only listed on the door that they didn’t have mild and hot salsa. Asked for sour cream on the side and she put it on top and asked for vinaigrette multiple times and the lady just act like she heard me and just kept nodding her head. I get home and taste the food and this is the first time ive been to chipotle and the food was BLAND as hell. You would’ve thought we went to moes to get food. Many workers in there but no organization or cleanliness.
