Had to wait 20 mins for a sandwich and beans and not the full order. And this place is not busy. Will never return. Such lazy service. Threw the food away. Food was falling apart and just not worth wasting chewing blan food.

I have eaten at this location of City BBQ (Garner Cabela Drive)on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed the food and service. The service needed improvement...a simple welcome, what would like, etc. Our 2 orders were not correct as we asked for the leg and thigh with no sauce, it came with sauce, one side was also missing. When I asked about the other side, I was told that's not what you ordered...I ordered the 2 meat, 2 side sampler! The meats on the 2 meat sampler were extremely disappointing...the pulled pork was mostly burnt skin and fatty meat portions and the pulled chicken was extremely dry to the point much of the chicken was like dried bread crumbs.

I've tried going here twice in the last six months and both times they were out of BBQ. And brisket at dinner time. There are better places in the area, I would suggest you try somewhere else.

If you enjoy your pulled pork sandwich being just straight up bread then it’s worth the $10 but for basically just bread and fatty pork i wouldn’t spend $10 again.

Manager and staff was very rules. Then laughed at you when you talking to them. I order wing and fries this the second time this happen. All my wings was drums. I try talking to the manager young guy. He was very rude I would not eat this location at again.

You see now I was hungry and was looking for some good cooking and I stumbled upon the city of Barbecue. I entered in and the menu above had some decent pricing. But once I entered in my card it was too late. All of a sudden I got walloped with a mysteries 8 dollars. My 18 dollar meal became 26. Now I know I'm a big boy but I did not consume 26 dollars worth of food that night. Overall the food was mid and the best thing in there was the silverware. I hope that city barbecues is content with absolutely bending me over the table and in short terms DONT GO HERE!!!

I love City BBQ , just not this location. Staff members are rude, the drink and sauce station is disgusting and actually stinks, trash is full. The sauces are empty and sticky and don’t ask for help because they’ll just stare at you like you shouldn’t be there. I also heard other customers complaining about the same thing. Do better !
