I paid $14.02 for a sauerkraut sandwich when I ordered a Reuben! BARELY any corned beef on it. I tasted more rye bread toast than anything because it was soo dry!! You can do better Cleveland Draft House!! Seriously price of food is high as it is. And then to get skimped out on the corned beef!!!??? I even went at 3:30 pm when it was slow!!!!!! When I picked up my order. I had to check inside. Because it was very lightweight. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! If I dined in, Versus pick up order, would it have been skimpy!!!!!!!???????? NOT HAPPY. The pic on right shows tiny bit corned beef. Once I ate that part. The rest was just sauerkraut! Do better!!

Met a friend for dinner because it was a convenient location. The service was great. They had no problem with a special order for food allergy. The food was prepared just right and was delicious. I got a burger to go, and they placed the bun separately so it wouldn't get soggy.
Order the sweet potato fries!
Vegetarian options: There are salad options and they can accommodate.
Dietary restrictions: Wait staff was knowledgeable about ingredients. There were substitution options.

We tried to go dinner there, but we're seated and then forgotten about. Multiple staff members walked and and didn't even ask of we needed anything. After seeing other tables get seated and being attended to we got up and left. No one even came and got our drink order.

Came for lunch after church.. The women servers in the bar area were rude and incompetent. Never refilled our drinks once, had to go to the bar to have them refilled. Asked where our food was, was told the kitchen was backed up. Ok no problem I understand. Immediately after that our food comes out cold. I walked back to bar ( because our server never checked us) to return the food and got more attitude from the other server like it’s my fault. My daughter’s food never came out. Have been a patron of this restaurant since it opened. Don’t think I will be going back. After this experience if I could leave zero stars I would.

A group of about 18 of us went in for lunch, and we waited an hour for our food. One person in our group literally sat there for one hour and 20 minutes before they were served their food. This kind of service ( or lack of) is totally unacceptable. No one came to our table to explain the delay or what the problem was. We were forced to pay an 18% gratuity, which was added to each check. We will never return to either the Garner or Clayton location after this horrible experience.
