Amazing bacon cheese fries appetizer! Friend dining with us had pickle chips & INHALED them. Awesome burgers. But tried the fish and would not recommend. On the whole a very good experience.

My boyfriend had a really disappointing experience at Cleveland Draft House tonight. He called ahead and ordered a wrap with fries and a Dr Pepper to go. When he picked up the order and got to the car, he realized he was given the wrong food. He immediately went back inside to let the staff know.
Instead of simply fixing the mistake, the employees at the front argued with him and insisted he never ordered the wrap and fries. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and turned into an unnecessary back and forth. Eventually, the main manager had to get involved, which is crazy considering this could have been resolved in minutes.
After waiting over an HOUR, he finally received the correct food and his to go drink. No apology, just frustration and wasted time.
We used to come here often and always had pretty good service, so I’m not sure what has changed. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to argue with staff and wait forever for food.

We ordered lunch to go. It was as we ordered it I had a burger with a gluten-free bun and fries. Everything tasted delicious my husband got a Cobb salad and the chicken wings they said they were delicious. Would definitely grab lunch or dinner here again. When I was in The Establishment picking up my food I did notice that they had some really nice pool tables and it look like during the day family could come and play together.

Stopped here on the way from Wilmington to Raleigh for a Hurricanes game. Hailey was our server and she was so sweet and attentive. Our food, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Buffalo chicken tender platter and Turkey Reuben sandwich were large portions and delicious. The prices were very reasonable too! We sat on the restaurant side and enjoyed the warm fireplace. Next time my husband said he would bring his pool cues to play on the bar side. Great place that we plan on coming back to next time we are heading West on I40!

We dined in twice over the Christmas holiday week. Service, restaurant cleanliness, atmosphere & food was top notch! We were immediately greeted with smiles and prompt seating both times. As soon as we walked in the restaurant it smelled so clean. The food came out in a timely manner & our server was attentive and very sweet. Our family now has a new “go to” lunch/dinner spot! There is a restaurant side, a bar side and even outdoor seating! Definitely something for everyone, our family loves it here! Most days the food is great. The service and food can be inconsistent in quality. Cheyenne is the waitress ever. All in all, my husband and I are regulars.
