Couple of staff members are very unfriendly. Not worth the money as person served us did not know the correct quantity for the cup size we selected.

Ordered on the app. They didn’t give me one of my items. Unfortunately I didn’t check the order before I left, my mistake. When I called for a refund, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Just for them to tell me that I would have to drive 20 minutes back to the store in order to refund me for their mistake. What doesn’t make sense is that I ordered via the app with a credit card. No apology. Horrible customer service.

I have been to this spot many times, and had never had a problem. The customer service is great and the ice cream is well made. No complaints for this location. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and craving ice cream!

Love this location. They have the best customer service and the store is very clean and well kept. The management has done an excellent job and I was served by Shawn today and what a pleasant experience he gave me and my family. The ice cream definitely hit the sweet spot.

I can't tell you how long we stood in here and no one acknowledged our presence. To the point that everyone had left, and we were the only three customers in the store and the four employees still acted like we weren't even there, standing right in front of them waiting to order. Just playing. giggling, and joking with each other. We were ghosts to them. If this is your business and you cared anything about customer service, I would look back at who was working tonight and fire all of them.

Layla was an example of what customer service should be! She was extremely patient and made more order with no help and i ordered at least 7 different bowls. Layla was personable and she takes pride in her job and it shows. Thank you again Layla!

My experience on Valentines eve was amazing . I went in to buy a cake for my boyfriend and Ms. Morgan took the time out to explain each and every flavor and I decided on the Strawberry Passion . Thank you for such great service :)
We walked up to the doors at 9:24 pm on February 17, 2025 to get one regular ice cream scoop and the door was already locked. The two employees working saw me and my daughter and went to go hide in the back. They completely ignored us. Will no longer be coming here anymore since they don’t want customers to come in.

Idk who upset this little girl working on this night 1/19/25 but she was absolutely a complete and utter jerk to myself and my mother. We tried to be pleasant because as normal human beings in society, I try to be pleasant as a human courtesy but this female must not have gotten the memo. She was rude to my mother which is something one should NEVER do in my presence. She left the sides of the icecream cups covered in ice cream and had an attitude as if us being there was just an inconvenience. I normally do not do this but this isn’t the first time this female has been rude to us. WE couldn’t hear a word she was saying so when asked to repeat herself she ignored the request to repeat. I will NOT be returning to this specific cold stone because I don’t go out to get ice cream to walk away feeling negative. Period.

The young hispanic girl that was working this past sunday was excellent! she was very welcoming and her attitude was on point! she engaged us into trying new things. This was our first time getting the waffle cones and they did not disappoint.
