We walked up to the doors at 9:24 pm on February 17, 2025 to get one regular ice cream scoop and the door was already locked. The two employees working saw me and my daughter and went to go hide in the back. They completely ignored us. Will no longer be coming here anymore since they don’t want customers to come in.

Idk who upset this little girl working on this night 1/19/25 but she was absolutely a complete and utter jerk to myself and my mother. We tried to be pleasant because as normal human beings in society, I try to be pleasant as a human courtesy but this female must not have gotten the memo. She was rude to my mother which is something one should NEVER do in my presence. She left the sides of the icecream cups covered in ice cream and had an attitude as if us being there was just an inconvenience. I normally do not do this but this isn’t the first time this female has been rude to us. WE couldn’t hear a word she was saying so when asked to repeat herself she ignored the request to repeat. I will NOT be returning to this specific cold stone because I don’t go out to get ice cream to walk away feeling negative. Period.

The young hispanic girl that was working this past sunday was excellent! she was very welcoming and her attitude was on point! she engaged us into trying new things. This was our first time getting the waffle cones and they did not disappoint.

Placed an order, was told it wasn’t and would not be made. They had no one to make the cakes. Told I could take one from the case or have a refund. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have called to give me the option of getting a cake from another location.

Came into this store and was very pleased. The crew greeted us as we came in. It felt very welcoming. It was very busy with it being Father’s Day but the crew held it together very well. The store was clean and the atmosphere was great. The ice cream tasted wonderful and they sold me on a chocolate dipped waffle. Love this location. One of the best places to come and visit with my family. Highly recommend this ColdStone.

Did an internet order for door dash. When we received our order we found out that the chocolate dipped waffle bowl was missing. My wife called up there and after the phone was answered just as "hello". Did not identify the store. Had to ask "is this coldstone?" OH, yeah Coldstone. Was the response. Spoke with the manager and said that they don't do chocolate dipped waffle bowls, they all have sprinkles. She informed him that it was an option online. He didn't really seem to care. Said we could come and get one because he can't refund without a receipt. She told him all we got was the order form stapled to the bag. He said that wasn't good enough. Like, what's the point of doing door dash if I need to come back up there to get my stuff right? Isn't that your job to do before you let it go? Where is the quality control? Just sounds like somebody's " Give a s!#t" is all out. This isn't the first time we have had issues at this location. From wrong orders to staffing that doesn't care how long it takes. These type of issues will have this location going the same way as some of the neighboring stores that have closed up, if something doesn't change. Customers are reflecting and it shows in the reviews. A 3.1 is pretty low for a gourmet ice cream shop. Remember there are several other shops not far away! And they get it right every time and are very happy to see customers. Just saying.

The service and ice cream were great, but the front door should come with an epilepsy warning. whoever installed the fan and light combo is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I feel horrible for the workers that have to deal with that

The workers behind the counter do not wear gloves, which us very unsanitary, especially when their hands are touching your ice cream. Will not be going back to this location.

I went here tonight and usually service is pretty standard but today was different. I was having a rough day and Brittney the nicest girl helped me out and I couldn’t be more appreciative. It’s the little things that people do that can make your day, so thank you Britney<3 (ps can yall fix the flickering light)
