Made an online order and arrived a little early. One of the workers seemed annoyed I did. She ended up giving me the wrong ice cream. I asked for lucky charms flavor but got vanilla with sprinkles. Odd thing is it was in a like cup hidden in a love it. I had asked for a love it. I feel like she did this on purpose.

Consistently inconsistent, 2/10 times you get what should be represented as a cold stone product. I'm normally not picky or the type to make a review. But after getting a milkshake the viscosity of chocolate milk and a small signature item in a large cup that the young woman behind the counter confirmed was so and charging me for the medium/large that I originally ordered. I'm just done with trying. Have fun overpaying for subpar service.

I went the other day and ordered some ice cream, two women were working behind the counter and making snarky remarks about what I wanted in MY ice cream, as if this wasn’t a cold stone. They did this in what they thought was secret or code but was obvious to anyone with a working set of eyes and ears. Never coming back. The ice cream wasn’t even that good.

Smelled delicious when I entered! The icecream was so good! Me and my daughter got mediums. The vibe was good and employees greeted us quick. Would definitely come back and recommend.
This place is great! Wish they had outdoor seating other than the public bench though. Staff was friendly and quick.

Very inconsiderate manager and staff at this location at least on the day of my visit. Never experienced this from this location before. Poor service today.
We waited an hour in line. Then the computers crashed. After 10 mins then they said cash only. After another 5 minutes they informed us they couldn’t serve anything even with cash: absolutely ridiculous. No offer to make it right. Completely unprofessional.

I didn't order anything here because there's zero safety for gluten free handling. While the base ice creams appear gluten free, they use the same scoops to dip all of them. Even if they got a clean scoop, the cross contamination has already happened.
