By far this is the best cook out location around, the staff is friendly, food is always good they dont have an indoor sit down area but the outdoor area is clean. We go quite often different times & days and never encountered anything but great service. The parking lot is cramped and wonky but that's because of all the random stores packed into the area.

Been here twice now and both times have been moderately disappointing. This evening, I received this very burnt chicken quesadilla and my sandwich was quite dry and was missing half of the toppings I had requested.

The service recently has been so good. I don’t know what they changed but they need to keep doing it. You can tell the people working there are genuinely enjoying their job and having fun with each other, and they are SO polite and friendly to customers. Every time I go I see smiles from the people inside. That’s so important and rare in a fast food environment and I have been very happy with my last few visits. The orders have been almost always correct and are prompt. Obviously the food is good… it’s Cookout
Food is decent and cheap. My biggest beef is that they double billed me one night and despite trying to get it resolved I never was able. It was just $9 but it's the principle. Since then I've gone from multiple visits a month to once in the last 6 months.
Note this is drive through or walk up. No inside seating at this location.

My favorite place to go for a delicious, made to order milkshake. There is no better place. The service is quick, and the pricing is quite reasonable. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular. For the most part, it's drive through.
