Food and service was one of the best around. Iv been to a lot of these locations and never had an experience this good. Everything was absolutely amazing. They even have cheesecake by the slice and it was top notch. As good as Cheesecake Factory!! This place needs to be recognized for sure! Very appreciative

I was pretty disappointed with my experience today, we asked for sauce and and got none the hot dog we ordered was thrown in the bag and actually had fallen out the box so we had to pull over and fix it ourselves, I asked for no pickles and there were pickles on the burger, not really a big deal everyone makes mistakes, but the burger was half way off the bun and very obviously thrown together when I unwrapped it, I basically had to reassemble it myself. The food was average which I kinda expected from a cookout so not really disappointed at that just wish the food was put together with more care. The lady at the window was very nice though! Overall I would def not recommend this location the one in fuquay is so much better.

The onion rings are always good!!! I ordered what I thought was a jr tray but when I got to the window, they informed me I had not ordered a jr tray although I paid more than the price for a full size tray. Moral: be careful how you order and clarify that you've actually ordered what you thought you ordered.

Stopped by to get a BBQ plate at the locationon Hwy 42 off I40.. It was busy as usual. I asked for salt, pepper, Texas Pete and ketchup. The cashier was very unfriendly. I got no napkins and no hushpuppies, have never had to ask for these before. This experience was the worst at any Cookout I've ever stopped by.

Ordered a double chocolate milkshake and was sorely disappointed to get something that looked like dirty vanilla. Took it back, and we were taught to order double chocolate extra chocolate with chocolate chips. It was much better, but chocolate is chocolate, and when I order that, I'd like to get it.

Cook Out did not fail to deliver. The staff here were swift, attentive and took their service to the customer seriously. The value and quality of the food was outstanding for being a "fast food" place. If I lived around here, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again.

Came to eat on a Monday evening with the family. The cashier at the walk up window was friendly and patient. Food was a great value as usual for Cookout!
Cook Out always has the worst drive-thru Speaker. But this location makes good food pretty fast

I just ordered a walking taco and it was cold. I can tell they had it sitting for however long. It was definitely not freshly made, AS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. Horrible kitchen quality. And yall didn’t even give me a fork to eat it with AT LEAST. Do better. And be careful.

Cookout is always good anywhere you go. I've never had a problem with my order at Cookout except once in New Bern years ago when my chicken tenders were raw inside. It's also still one of the more reasonably priced places. They have the best milkshakes too!

Stopped here traveling. It was so damn good. The burgers were hot and fresh, and the fries were perfect.
