By far this is the best cook out location around, the staff is friendly, food is always good they dont have an indoor sit down area but the outdoor area is clean. We go quite often different times & days and never encountered anything but great service. The parking lot is cramped and wonky but that's because of all the random stores packed into the area.
The service recently has been so good. I don’t know what they changed but they need to keep doing it. You can tell the people working there are genuinely enjoying their job and having fun with each other, and they are SO polite and friendly to customers. Every time I go I see smiles from the people inside. That’s so important and rare in a fast food environment and I have been very happy with my last few visits. Food is decent and cheap. My biggest beef is that they double billed me one night and despite trying to get it resolved I never was able. It was just $9 but it's the principle. Since then I've gone from multiple visits a month to once in the last 6 months.
