I had the rotisserie chicken, Mac n cheese and string beans. The whole meal was disgusting. My kids had chicken fingers and fries which also tasted terrible and they wouldn’t even eat the food. I was anticipating a good meal but instead ended up wasting $65 in food that we didn’t enjoy. I hope this was just a bad day.

Delicious! I ordered 2 chocolate cakes, shrimp dinner, flounder dinner, 2 beef hotdogs, wing dinner, and chicken tenders kids meal and it was all very delicious. Seasoned, fresh, and hot. I will be returning. The restaurant is super clean. Staff is welcoming..

You call this garbage soul food. I ordered fried pork chops that looked like they were baked the Mac n cheese was horrible. People if you want to throw away your money that's all you will do. The worst I have ever had.
Very clean place but the good was not good. I got the chitterlings and they were just boiled with absolutely no taste. I also got the fish sandwich and it wasn’t fresh. The fish was dried out and it stank this whole place up. The only seasoning it had on it was pepper.

Although the restaurant itself is not fancy, the food will give you all the feels. The portion sizes of the fish platter were generous, and it was very flavorful. The staff were really nice, and the manager even came over to greet the diners. That was a really nice touch. I would definitely go back to this place again!

I went here on September 15, 2024. I bought the turkey wing with cabbage and yams. When I tell you the food was disgusting! The turkey wing was full of veins and red and uncooked inside. The cabbage and yams tastes like they just cut them up and cooked them in water with absolutely NO seasoning at ALL.
My sister had the chicken wings and Mac and cheese and yams. The chicken OMG was black and bruised with feathers. My sister actually got sick from the food.
We literally threw both full containers of food in the garbage. I’ll never go back it was a total waste of my money.
Don’t waste your time or money the food is tasteless to say the least. I highly recommend that you eat somewhere else.

Pork Chop Dinner was perfect! Chops seasoned perfectly and were juicy and tender! Love the fried okra batter because it stayed on each nugget! Sweet potatoes were good and perfectly sweet. The Rice and Gravy the gravy tasted bland and the rice could have been cooked longer. The dinner roll was in the container and the condensation made it soggy and inedible!? UPDATE 9/7/24 This time the pork chops was dry and chewy. They had a fish taste like they were cooked in the same pan fish had been cooked in. The Chicken Gizzards were seasoned well but tough and chewy. Still looking for a place that boils their gizzards before frying for tender gizzards!!! Prices are good but the inconsistency of quality is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to visit this location again!!!!

Over the last couple of years, I have tried this restaurant 4 times. First 2 were fine. The last 2 the food quality seems to have deteriorating. I had rbs once and fried chicken the second time. Both times the food was overcooked and dry. I really want to like this restaurant, and I will give them one more try.
