I ordered and paid for an antipasto salad They gave me a plain tossed salad No cheese or meats Sub we ordered was to have mayo. No mayo on the sub or on the side. We asked them to resend us the antipasto we paid for. After 30 minutes in the phone, with no response, we had to hang up the phone.Terrible first impression but it will be our lastWould not recommend this place

We had an issue with our door dash delivery, not only did Divanos refund my money but they sent out their driver with a whole new order! You don't see customer service like this anymore! Thank you so much Divanos for the excellent food and customer service! You're one in a million!

First time ordering delivery from Divano's, and it won't be our last! Tasty breadsticks with plenty of garlic butter and a marinara dipping sauce. Fresh Greek salad, enough to split for two people. Seriously large lasagna we also split. That came with an unexpected side salad that we saved to share with the New York-sized calzone (ricotta, mozzarella, and ham) the following day. All hot and fresh -- smelled like Little Italy in our kitchen!

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! We ordered at the restaurant and our food came out quickly and was super tasty. We got the meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch and both were great! We will definitely be coming back again.

Great pizza, Great wings! ... Service is decent (they are getting pies out, so I don't expect high end attention and concierge level service)...was acknowledged upon arrival, that is key! The only low point I gave was due to the ambience (lack thereof and environment) This is a true "takeout", not necessarily sit down joint. Get you in & out! FOOD WAS GREAT!...we had a bit of a wait, due to it was holiday Saturday eve walk-in, yet gent stated it's in the works and he got it to us and came over to hand deliver, though it was takeout. Thanks...we will be back for SURE! We will order aheadNew Clayton-ian, VERY SATISFIED!Parking: It is plaza parking and pizza place...with other establishments along side ...so parking is first come, first served. Short walk either way

Please tell me why this is that when you enter an establishment to spend your money with them everybody standing at the counter looking at you with straight faces and you have to be the one to say hello how are you and I'm walking into your establishment to spend my money with you..... The garlic knots were burnt..... And the pizza was nothing but cheese bread NO tomato sauce and 10 minutes after we get our food they bring us a box and said we needed to hurry it along because they trying to get out here... The worst $30 I've ever spent in my life...DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Ordered a well done pizza for pickup, got there it was not well done asked to put back in oven an the pizza make said no it was fine, the cashier asked again and he said no. What happened to customer service? Will not go back , it the worst NY pizza I ha e ever had.
