I ordered a pizza from this place and I received the incorrect order. I do understand that it was late and I called just to let them know my order was incorrect but no-one answered. I called the stores back 30 minutes before closing. I wasn’t expecting them to redeliver the correct order I just wanted to let someone know so I could handle it today. I called the store explains to Cheyenne what happened she told me there are only 2 ppl working at night and she doesn’t know what they do on that shift. I offered to bring the pizza and garlic bites back, she said she said she can give me a credit and I told her I will not be ordering again and she replied “ if you wanted a refund all you had to do was say that” very rudely. I asked her for her name and her managers name, she provided me his name Chiris. I asked her when will he be in and she said I can’t give that information out or I would be fired. I asked her will someone be calling me back to let me know when I will be receding my refund she said yes I asked if she had my number she said yes and hung up on me. Because she was so rude to me I took the pizza back to the store and to let her know that I did not appreciate her talking to me the way she did when i was nothing but nice. She said she could hear a rude tone in my voice. I let her know I do expect a call to know when I will be receiving a refund. I will Never order a pizza from that location again.

Ordered delivery, gave 20% tip(mistake), parm stuffed crust pizza, stuffed crust is way too big and they cut the pizza so uneven(tiny pieces and massive slices) then I tried to order a bacon and Philly steak and got pepperonis instead. Why are food places in Garner all terrible?

Great service! Chris brought my pizzas to the car and he didn't have too. I didn't have curbside pick up. I will order here again for my employees.

I ordered wings and got bread bites and i called to get it fixed and they told spoke to me with attitude while i was trying to just get the right order. Manager sucks. Never ordering from here AGAIN!

Garlic parm pizza tasted horrible. Very bland. For some reason dominos always has air bubbles. I worked at dominos a decade ago for 2 years and bubbles were always a problem to pop in the oven.

My overall experience was great I came in to place a dinner order and was met by Jacob the manager he was very friendly and helpful thanks for your awesome customer service tonight!
Garner, NC: Worst pizza ever. I was home sick and ordered a pizza to be delivered. What I got was cardboard with sauce on it. It didn't even taste like pizza. It tasted as though it were left out all day and thrown into a box. It wasn't even warm and it definitely wasn't a pizza that was freshly made. $30 for cardboard! Never again.

I ordered a medium pizza and 8 wings through the app. 45 minutes later, I checked the tracker, and it's still in the "prep" phase. I call the store to see what's going on, I wait on hold for no BS 45 more minutes until my food finally shows up. It took an hour and a half which is wild because I'm 1.9 miles up the road. Then the delivery driver gets here, tells me to call the store, I show him I'm literally on hold with the store as we speak, he brings me to his car with his phone, calls the manager, manager won't answer, but is texting him as we're calling. Great job Jason, truly exemplary customer service. I asked the driver to please have Jason call me since Jason can only be met at the store apparently. It's the next day now, still have not heard from anybody. I mean my God it was a mistake or they were busy, either of which is fine provided you make it right to me. I've only ever had this exact scenario happen once before, and aint it funny that it was this exact store 2 years or so ago? Too happy to offer crap service, too scared to talk about it.
UPDATE: (March 13th) Got a lackluster generic email offering me 50 percent off or 60 points on the app. As if either of those are reasonable. Whatever, chose the 60 points for a free pizza, and decided to try again. "Your points will be available in 48 hours". Y'all will literally do anything except talk to the customer to make things right. What an absolutely sorry excuse for a business. Keep your points and I'll just keep my money. Countless better places to get food around here with management that actually cares.
Update to the update: (March 15th) i ordered Pizza Hut after the last update. Pizza was delicious and arrived on time. Got an email that day saying "sorry for the late delivery here's a free Pizza on the house". Hahahaha how outclassed is this dump of a Domino's 😂

I placed an online order 1.5 hrs ahead of time. I was informed that my order was ready just to go into the store and be informed that my order wasn't even done. So I had to wait for the order to be made. When I tried to speak to the manager to let her know that the system stated my order was ready and that someone who order after me had already picked up his food!!! Lydia (the so called manager) was so nasty and rude!!! She does not know how to listen and started yelling!!! Oh you want a refund is that what you want!! I tried telling her that no I didn't want a refund all I wanted was for her to listen!!! She the proceeded to say I don't care!! I can most definitely see that you don't care!!!

Update: Tracker shows preparing my pizza for over an hour. We try to call the store and no one answers.
Be prepared for a 2+ hour wait for delivery. Pizza was still warm and I think they're short on drivers so it's understandable but this may not work for people that are busy or have people over when they order a pizza.

not offering red chilli flakes …. we miss them
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!! Ordered pizza that was missing a topping and the manager and the staff working did not offer any solution. Claimed I was lying because the topping did not show on their screen. I have been in the restaurant business for a long time and never have experienced service as bad as this Dominos location. See pictures for evidence.
Half of our pizza is missing cheese? It's our first time here and it's pretty disappointing.
