It won’t be ready when the App say it will, then the staff will act rudely like you did something wrong. Find another pizza place if possible.

I ordered for delivery tonight for a group of children. The delivery time stated was approximately 40 minutes. After over an hour, I called the store and they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven. The guy, Jason(?) that answered the phone offered no solutions. When I asked much longer it would be, he said another "at least 30-40 minutes" which was 2 hours after I placed my order. I cancelled my order and won't be ordering from this store.

Went here right after the Super Bowl to pick up my food I ordered through the app. It was 10:50. The door was locked and the employees were playing Pokemon in clear view and one informed me the lobby was closed. No indication of that on the door, the app or anything. The guy was a very rude kid who tried to get condescending and rude when I asked why this was. IT IS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY. Will never go here again.

Daniel the night manager at Hwy 42 is very rude, and not helpful. Very disrespectful to their customers. We will be taking this to the owner and to corporate. He is not someone who should be in management position.

The fact that they manage to screw up an order every single time is actually quite impressive. Studies should be done here. No sauce on the pizza, wrong ingredients, burnt pizza, never remembers sauce cups. To be fair, I could have less faculties than they do for tipping them 30% every time. I can never trust Dominos again.

If you delivered my pizza tonight IM SO SORRY! I meant to leave a tip online and when I realized I didn’t, I was going to leave a cash tip but I didn’t even see you pull in or leave. But you set the pizza so nicely on the rocking chair and it killed me. And I feel horrible. So sorry. You deserve all the tips in the world. God bless you and your kin and may your future be prosperous.

My order was a little later than anticipated— that’s why I deducted a star. Took nearly an hour. But the food was great (as usual) and I’ve never really had problems ordering from this location.

Driver was polite but our pizza was over cooked and dry and it was a hand tossed but you wouldn't have known by looking at it and touching it..hard and dry..very disappointing..

We received an incorrect order. The manager was rude and hung up in my face when I only requested the correct pizza. He informed me that I needed to give them the incorrect pizza order that we received. That wasn’t an issue because we didn’t want the incorrect pizza received. I’ve never been so disrespected by a manager when the issue wasn’t my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CORRECT PIZZA WAS RECEIVED OVER AN HOUR AFTER REQUESTED AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED BACK AFTER I WAS HUNG UP ON.

To top it off - our replacement pizza was left on our front porch without ringing the door bell. Received a cold pizza.

The Dominoes on Hwy 42, next to Walmart, is kept very clean. The manager "Juan" is very friendly. The pizza is always fresh and prepared to perfection.

I always order from Dominoes this is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with there lack of quality assurance! The last pizza I ordered looked very similar we just ate around the burnt parts!

I work in food services and I always do my best to give my customers what they paid/asked for and if I mess up I accept that! I don't get mad I apologize and simply fix the problem. When someone pays extra for something you are supposed to honor that and give them what they wanted. We all make mistakes I get it but if I call and tell you you made a mistake and you're not even willing to look and see what they're talking about.. constantly saying I made it I know it's right is crazy! I offered to send pics of it bc I could not come back . You giving me attitude WHEN YOU MESSED UP MY ORDER IS JUST RIDICULOUS.. just wasted $17 I wish I would've went somewhere else. Thanks for starting off my bad with your childish unnecessary attitude. It wasn't what I asked for and was extremely greasy. I pray whatever had the manager in a bad mood gets better so he can actually do good and please his customers . Bc I order here all the time but honestly don't even want to go back .

Very disappointed this has always been my favorite Domino's.. I'm not sure if it's new management or what but the service i received was was disappointing and I'm a loyal customer . Literally loved this location especially...the thickness of the pizza is the size if a hand toss pizza not the extra $2 I paid for pan. And how rude they were made me completely not want Dominos ever again.
