Called last week to get delivery as we have done for many years. They said they no longer deliver to our street as corporate made their delivery area smaller. Yesterday I watched the domino's delivery car go down my street, deliver, and come back down my street! NOT COOL DOMINO'S!

I am a New Yorker living in NC and I have to say that this Domino's NY style crust pizza 🍕 is good for a pizza chain. I was pleasantly surprised...

*AVOID* this place! We have been long time, loyal customers here, but we will *NEVER* return again!! Their service is getting really crappy and when you call to talk to them about it, none of the employees can help and the manager I talked to could not be understood (his English was horrible). The manager would also NOT help with our messed up order, he kept trying to blame us for the order not being right. He did offer to make us another pizza, but said it would be anywhere from an hour to an hour and forty five minutes before they could even make it!! That was clearly a lie, because even when I called and the girl answered the phone, she did not say anything about an extended wait time.
Their service has been getting worse and worse since they changed locations. We will *NEVER* go back again! There are other pizza places who still care about their customers, the service and the food.
*Do yourself a favor and find one of the locally owned pizza places because you will be much happier with your order and the service.*

Did not care that they charged three times, And simply stated that it was my problem. So you charged, 3 times and no resolution. Lucas and Juan the manager were both grossly unhelpful. If your going to work a job, no matter where you work, you should take pride in that and satisfy your customers. Wil be contacting corporate, sorry excuse for management and poor resolution skills, 😕

I came here and it honestly felt like a family, Daniel who I believe was the manager (he was honestly like really cute) was the most helpful manager I’ve ever had talk to me. He was so sweet and helped me pick my order out and gave me recommendations. He recommended me the sausage which was so amazing I just have to come back for more!

Ordered a thin crust crispy pizza .. took an hour and 5 minutes for delivery. Did not deliver in a heat bag and pizza was cold and was in now way crispy. Driver offered no apology or discount.

I called Domino’s today while driving, hoping to get some quick help over the phone with ordering and to ask about any current specials involving two pizzas. The person who answered the phone was dismissive and repeatedly told me to check the website, even after I explained I was driving and couldn’t do that safely. When I asked if he could just tell me what the specials were, he said he couldn’t help because he didn’t have them memorized. The lack of basic customer service and unwillingness to assist was frustrating. I ended the call and chose to order from a different restaurant that was more willing to help. Honestly, it was a very big turn off. I will not be ordering from Domino’s anymore, and I ordered quite often.

Daniel the manager was very lovely, treated me like a person, very awesome sauce. Also kinda cute, 10/10 would recommend this store.
No other dominions has such an amazing atmosphere, he lit up the whole place !

I felt a little guilty leaving this review, especially since this is now my home delivery location recently changed from the Fayetteville Rd location. But after reading recent reviews, something needs to change for your location. I’ve have never once had a problem with the old location, but after multiple orders, it seems like there is always something wrong here. Dominos website tries to offer a “quick” resolution, but it doesn’t matter in the moment, I wanted what I ordered. Nothing more, nothing less. I know mistakes happen, but when it happens almost every time, something needs to be addressed. A $60 order where the main item is wrong is unacceptable. Save yourself time and frustration and pick one of their competitors, Papa John’s, or literally anyone else, at least you’ll get what you ordered for a change. By the way, service was only a 4 because the delivery person was friendly.

I ordered cheese pizza and it was flat bread with no cheese almost. Taste was below ok and hardly managed to eat two pieces for myself and two for my friend rest was a waste.
