Customer service was fine Chris was nice. This was breakfast before work ordered croissant with bacon how many pieces did I get 1, really Dunkin is that bacon coming out your pay check. If I wasn't charged extra it would be okay but I had to pay extra for it. šŸ™„I didn't have time to go take it back,tried to call and number was like a cell phone straight to voicemail. Sooooo review it is. Happy New Year dunkin do better in 2026.

Absolutely horrific service. Guy that took order was nice but completely unaware whether or not there was artificial dye (an allergy) in their strawberry frosting. Nowwww the AWFUL service came when I got to the window. I dont think I've ever had someone be that awful to me at a window just handing me food. Definitely will never go back and I do plan to tell everyone I know to avoid this location too. Just awful. I was there at 1:15 pm on 12/18/25. Worst experience ever.

They DO NOT LISTEN!!!! I went here multiple times in 1 week to get coffee and tea for my grandparents they messed up the order EVERYTIME! How do you mess up a black coffee and tea with sugar and cream ON THE SIDE?!?! They just give you what they want you to have. I don’t know what they are doing that’s so distracting but don’t even waste your time here.

Honestly seems like they can’t keep staff. Going back a few months ago service was great and staff was so friendly and knew me by first and last name since I went 1-2 times daily (especially morning crew 645-7am).
Today I went in and all younger people but the female with a long brown braid blatantly ignored me, knew I was standing trying to place my order for 7 minutes and was on her phone pretending to pour coffee in an ice coffee cup while she was on Snapchat/social media. Thank god the male came and asked tif I’ve been serviced and helped me since I was paying cash. Service was terrible and unfortunately after weeks of terrible service changes not being correct and orders being made incorrectly again and again I won’t be returning to this franchise again. Used to be my favorite daily mornin/late lunch coffee place but unfortunately I’d rather be overcharged by Starbucks for coffee for better service and lines that don’t move for up to 20 minutes. I don’t get being on your phone while at work and making eye contact with me while you know I’m waiting to be helped.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a very frustrating experience at the Dunkin' location in Garner, North Carolina.

I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up, only to be met with an unacceptable wait time. Despite several employees being present, no one acknowledged or served the waiting customers. I, along with multiple others, stood there without any updates or service. Many visibly frustrated customers ended up leaving, and I ultimately had to cancel my order after waiting far too long.

This level of disorganization and lack of customer service is simply not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin’. If this store cannot manage basic customer interactions or fulfill orders in a timely manner, it reflects poorly on the entire company.

I hope corporate will address this issue seriously. Poor experiences like this drive loyal customers away.

ā€œDunkin Donutsā€ but have no donuts for the rest of the day at 2:30 pm??? Also allowing workers to work and greet people with disgusting attitudes before ordering meanwhile not having any other customers in line to me is crazy. Don’t come here at all, just lost 7 customers

Absolutely love this place best Dunkin hands down... Manager is awesome!!! Employees are pretty great too, they make some pretty great iced coffee lol Everyone is so polite and courteous...very clean inside...I have been to others Dunkin's this is my favorite.

No One

Usually when I come here, the coffee is done correctly. The last couple of times; I’d order a large and would receive a medium or this morning I ordered an XL with oat milk and 2 caramel swirls and lo and behold it’s French vanilla. I unfortunately, did not check before leaving because the sticker on the coffee stated the correct order. When I got to work over 30 mins away it was French vanilla( a flavor I dislike.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've only gone here 3 times, and every single time they've messed up my order or forgot something... The food is always cold and just thrown in the bag. Do better Dunkin!

Disappointed in this location they always either close a few mins before or they ā€œrun outā€ of doughnuts before closing time! Not the first time this has happened to us! Today we went at 6:45 and everything was cleaned off the shelves, this location does not stay busy at all so its not like they sold out, wish they did better since its a pretty new place in our area
