First time at Eggs Up and it was a good experience. Kaylie was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. Definitely would come back again. Really enjoyed the food.

I wanted to hold off my review until our second visit to the Garner location, which was disappointing. Our first visit we ordered the Pumpkin Cream pancakes. They were excellent. The pancakes were big, the pumpkin cream in between each pancake was great as well. The service was also excellent.
Our most recent visit, the hostess was not very cordial, and didn't smile. We sat for over 5 minutes before we asked for our server. 5 minutes later our server took our drink order, but didn't clarify if we wanted decaf, regular or dark roast coffee. We ordered an omelette with cheese and a meat and the Caramel Apple Pancakes. Well, the omelette was small, barely any cheese but had a lot of meat. Now the pancakes. They forgot the caramel sauce, the powdered sugar and it had only a few apple slices. The pancakes were smaller than the ones we ordered during our previous visit. The grits were good.
I saw a video from a review from 11 months ago, and the Caramel Apple pancakes looked great, and looked not at all like what we were served.
Our server was very frustrated, and rightfully so. He came back with the caramel sauce for us, and the patrons at the table across from us were not happy since it appeared the kitchen messed up at least two of their orders.
I heard one of the employee's say to the people at that table it has been a long day.
For the prices people pay at Eggs Up, the food and portions needs to improve and be consistent. I don't know why the place is so crowded on the weekends. It was not busy either time we went, and it seemed the kitchen staff couldn't handle it. And the servers had to take the brunt from the mistakes which they did not make.
So, we will not be visiting Eggs Up again. We'll stick with IHOP, Denny's, Golden Corral and the fabulous Angie's Restaurant. Money is tight, so if people are going to treat themselves and spend around $15 per person, the food and service needs to be worth it.

Food was good, server and kitchen need to learn the menu. Southern bowl say sausage gravy, but there was no sausage gravy on the bowl. Server said it didn’t come with gravy. I had to show him the menu.

I had a fantastic experience at Eggs Up Grill! My server, Jake, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and quick with service. I ordered the Classic and a coffee, and everything was perfect. The food was cooked just right, and my coffee cup was never empty. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Jake made the whole experience even better with his great service. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a delicious breakfast and outstanding service!

I gave them a second chance. It was a fantastic dining experience. Scott was a great server. The food was delicious. 5 out of 5.
Off to a rocky start. I arrived at the restaurant and waited to be seated. I told the host that I was going to the restroom while he wiped off my table. When I returned they had sat someone else at my table and were taking their order. I ask what happened and was told “they seated themselves”.
The food was good, the manager apologized and I enjoyed my food. I will give them a second chance.
