“We were blown away by Island Café’s food truck. First, it’s spotless, clearly stated as a 100% sanitation operation. The gentleman working was so kind and patient, and he added plantains as a side at no extra charge. Portions are huge, the chicken was fall-apart tender and crazy flavorful, rice & beans were perfect, plantains were outstanding, and the Jamaican beef patties hit the spot.
