I love a place that I can go to and make a contribution. I love the Turkey and provolone sub. The food is fabulous and the portions are perfect. Go support your firehouse and all the men that would put their life on the line for you. Oh and if needed you can buy a pickle bucket to wash ya car with they are very cheap.

I haven't been to this Firehouse in a while and I'm not sure if I caught them at a bad time, but they seemed very disorganized. I placed an order in the app and it wasn't in the pickup spot. They gave me the wrong chips as well. One of the staff did not seem "with it" and was not helping the others, even though it seemed to be a steady flow of business. The drink area was not clean.

I stopped by this firehouse on the way home from work to get takeout. My first experience here the staff were very rude on the phone while taking my order they said they were out of macaroni and cheese and that I could choose between loaded potato soup or chili I ordered soup When I arrived. They were finishing up my order the woman there asked the guy if I was the person he was talking about when walking in. I paid for my order and tipped them my change which was three or four dollars the weird atmosphere made me want to check my order. I had onions on my sub which I just removed and asked for a pickle because I didn’t get one and I got a rude sure in response. I then left and got down the road and noticed I did not get my soup so I tried to call and got put on hold. Finally got answer. Told them I forgot my soup got put on hold again. Then the other employee answered and informed me that my soup was never ordered and was very rude so I said thanks and hung up. I did not appreciate The service here I think I will stick to other firehouses

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never received such awful customer service after asking when would my order be ready because 5 people that came in after me had received their order. I was told that she didn’t care about that job and that I needed to just get my money back and that they were busy and many other excuses but Never once taking responsibility for getting it wrong. I will never visit that location again and others were commenting after witnesses her behavior towards me that they would not be going back and that they were losing customers. Awful customer service and always slow! I have no photos because there is no way that I would eat any food prepared by them in there after being treated that way! If that job means that little to her then she shouldn’t be there!!!! I asked her name but her coworkers wouldn’t give it to me!!!
Went here veteran day for meal, the manager that night was very rude. She was complaining about making sandwiches for veterans. Please get veteran friendly Employess. Sandwich was soggy, didn't get what I ordered.
