I visited this location at lunch today as I needed a quick bite and love firehouse. It was 12:25 and it was packed and got even more packed as I was there. There were only a couple people in the line, so I got to order quite quickly. I then stood and waited for my food. I waited some more, and after seeing how many people were in there I knew it would a while before I saw my food. I was on the way to a business meeting and had to leave firehouse by 12:50. Well when 12:50 rolled around, about 20 minutes later, I still hadn’t had my sandwich. They were swamped, but it did kind of suck. I told the young lady behind the counter to give my order to someone else or hold it for the staff as I had to go. She apologized for the wait and I thanked her and went on my way. This evening after my meeting I was driving back through, and decided to stop to see if there was anything that could be done about my lunch mishap. The gentleman there was incredibly kind and remade my sandwich, a size bigger than I ordered, and gave me a cookie for my troubles 😊. He was polite and kind and really wanted to make it right. The sandwich was fantastic, and I will stop by that location whenever I can again, just maybe not at peak lunch when I’m on a time crunch lol!

The non profit I work for has had Firehouse cater one of our events for three years. They have been great partners excited to support us . The staff prepares a delicious assortment of sandwiches fresh just hours before lunch and gives us a terrific price. The owner delivers himself with enthusiasm and smiles. Firehouse is a favorite among our participants. For us it is reassuring to know we will have great FRESH sandwiches delivered on time with such graciousness and appreciation for our business

This was the absolute best firehouse experience I have ever had. The staff was BADASS especially the nice lady in the red shirt.. I didn't get her name unfortunately.

I love a place that I can go to and make a contribution. I love the Turkey and provolone sub. The food is fabulous and the portions are perfect. Go support your firehouse and all the men that would put their life on the line for you. Oh and if needed you can buy a pickle bucket to wash ya car with they are very cheap.
The guys Demitrice and Nate were going crazy fast! Haven’t seen anyone working that hard in a long time. Great food!

I haven't been to this Firehouse in a while and I'm not sure if I caught them at a bad time, but they seemed very disorganized. I placed an order in the app and it wasn't in the pickup spot. They gave me the wrong chips as well. One of the staff did not seem "with it" and was not helping the others, even though it seemed to be a steady flow of business. The drink area was not clean.

I stopped by this firehouse on the way home from work to get takeout. My first experience here the staff were very rude on the phone while taking my order they said they were out of macaroni and cheese and that I could choose between loaded potato soup or chili I ordered soup When I arrived. They were finishing up my order the woman there asked the guy if I was the person he was talking about when walking in. I paid for my order and tipped them my change which was three or four dollars the weird atmosphere made me want to check my order. I had onions on my sub which I just removed and asked for a pickle because I didn’t get one and I got a rude sure in response. I then left and got down the road and noticed I did not get my soup so I tried to call and got put on hold. Finally got answer. Told them I forgot my soup got put on hold again. Then the other employee answered and informed me that my soup was never ordered and was very rude so I said thanks and hung up. I did not appreciate The service here I think I will stick to other firehouses
