Was there at 4:00 pm on February 24th 2024, ,I ordered and took it out, only one person working, it took forever for him to make meatball sub, then it had no sauce on it, just meatballs and some cheese. Was very disappointed and probably will not return.

DONT EAT HERE THEY GOT ROACHES they smoke vapes over the food and they touch the food with no gloves on.Roaches be on the counter I seen it for my self and I seen and heard them talking about a rat and they thought it was funny to NAME the rat disgusting.The workers go out the back door smoking weed then come back in smelling like a pack of weed and they smoke black and milds the manger does coke in the bathroom And it takes them 15 minutes to make my sandwich they sit and talk while they are making your sub And they don't change their gloves when they are working with a gluten free person.(Nate) the manger he leaves minors in the store by there self he doesn't train nobody he will leave a new worker in the store he doesn't care he's a lazy manger he hires everybody and wonder why the drawers come up short he Will mess your check up and have you wait too more weeks and he was also need mess that check up.You can text Nate every day he won't respond till HE needs something then he will act like he doesn't see your messages. They smoke vapes all in the back of the store even in front of the customers. He hires homeless people they bring in all the bookbags and he wonders they got roaches he tell you that somebody supposed to come in he will leave one person in the store late at night and tell them to call somebody.And also when it's busy in here he will sit at his desk all day won't help you won't call nobody in.He won't call the people to kill the rats.

I will not be returning to this location. The employees didn't want to get up and make the sandwich in the first place. I had to get them to remake it twice, and they still refused to put cucumber on it after I ordered it. The whole time they were making it, they were screaming at each other and being obnoxious. When I did get my final sandwich, it's incredibly dry, the meat is cold, and there's no sauce on it. I am so disappointed in the overall experience. Save yourself the headache, and just drive to the next location

I came to this location around 7pm, the open sign was on and it says they close at 9pm on the door (see picture attached). I walked up and the doors were all locked and a young guy came to the door asking if I had an online order. I said no and he shrugged his shoulders and said “Sorry, we’re closed” …. at 7pm. If you’re going to close early or lock all of your doors and only do mobile orders, put a sign on the door &/or turn your open sign off. I went to Jersey Mikes instead because that’s ridiculous.

i came in around 7:15 pm last night with my 3 kids and was greeted with a smile as i walked in, by the young brunette man at the counter. He was amazing in helping us decide what to order as it was our first time at the restaurant. our food was fast and perfect. he even made the kids laugh. firehouse subs in garner is our new family favorite and we will definitely be back. props to the kind gentleman at the counter last night for giving us an amazing experience!

Hands down the greatest sandwich I had. Shout out to the young gentleman that made all three for my family. (young kid with twists, worked on Saturday night April 29th)He was so friendly and made waiting 30 min past pickup time not too terrible.He seemed to really take the job seriously and was asking questions.He is the only reason for this 4 star review, that and the bomb azz sandwiches he made.The women he was working with seemed frazzled and a little all over the place. The reason it's not five stars is I wish that the young man had more help. She also mentioned I was waiting because people who come in and order get taken care of first but there was only 3 people there when I got there. Just seemed strange.But that kid was dope though. Hope he finds a better place to workPlaced the order at 740Pick up 815Got there 813Left around 845Spent 65$.They also had no brownies. So I had to eat that 6$

I’m have been a fireman for 12 years and have never seen customers turned away. We went to the firehouse sub next to Lowe’s on Fayetteville rd and Mechanical Blvd to take my parents who had never been to a firehouse subs. We arrived at 8:20pm. And we were told by staff that they were closing soon and would only be doing take out orders. The door says they close at 9pm. And said they started cleaning already. Very disappointed in service as our group was 6. Will not be back.
