Great food and service. Everyone was friendly. I got a beef hot dog. It was delicious! I ordered 2 because I was expecting them to be small but they were not. They split it so it lays on the bun.

Everything was great except for the price. The cheese burger is over $10.00. Just the burger, not a drink, not fries... nothing else. Just a cheeseburger. Adding fries and a drink would have put the price closer to $17.00. That's an hourly wage for a lot of people these days. Naw, man. Do better, FiveGuys. Review would have been 5 stars except for the price.I will say, the manager and staff were awesome. Staff were efficient and personable. I had a gift card that was not working in their register but was verified to have a dollar amount to it. The manager did the right thing and comped the meal. Exactly what I did for my customers when I managed restaurants.

It’s Five Guys so you know the food is always the greasy deliciousness you’ve come to expect.I recently had my son put in an erroneous order and I contacted them thru the app and they gave me a full refund, no questions asked.THATS how you take care of your customers.If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Service is terrible! Employee had shake dripping off of my milkshake, and handed me the paper towel to wipe it off. I guess it was just too much to expect of him to do it for me. Determined to not come to this place anymore. Also, the wait for food is ridiculous. Too much socializing and not enough working.
