Chris is an amazing bartender and makes an amazing cocktail!

The food was good. They have an arcade, so there were a few kids there. Service was excellent. Will go again.

First time patron, The atmosphere was fantastic. Service was decent my bartender was friendly and the drinks that I had were tasty. I ordered wings and they were not the greatest I have a rule whenever I eat somewhere new I have wings and if they aren’t good then I assume the rest of the menu isn’t that great either. You cant mess up wings and fries but then again you can. The fries basket was overcooked and I feel like the wings were undercooked and tough, but I was hungry so I ate them 🤷🏾‍♂️. Might try again on a busy night and order a burger but if the burger is bad… it’s clipped 😂. I had two cocktails 8 wings and a fried basket bill was $48 which is kinda decent for one person I guess? I can go to other places I won’t name and get the same meal for cheaper.. left a $10 tip so $58 in total for 1 person actually kinda steep now that I think about it 🤦🏾‍♂️.

Nice place to go hang out – lots of entertainment options. Gambling, games, sports, drink drinks, and food.

Went here for new years, VERY EXPENSIVE but worth the money for the food. Games are fun but some weren't working right, free champagne at midnight!

This place is a JOKE. Food Sucks...Service Sucks. Spent $15.00 in drinks for 3 people because no free refills. EVEN charged me for a kids refill. Also...they charge a "service fee" for crappy service. Don't waste your time or money. Oh...and the arcade games are pure trash.

We recently had a party here! and it was amazing. Everything was timely, clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and I think most people at our party said they would be coming back. Great experience!

Was so excited to have a new place to try out, as options are limited in our area. Went for dinner, around 6:30 on a weeknight. Music was so loud in the dining room that we couldn't even have a conversation. Our server did not approach our table right away as she was too fixated on her phone to notice us directly beside her. Was really hoping for some Shepard's Pie or traditional Irish dishes but found selection to be lacking. We ordered a Reuben (always a top choice for us), a burger and shrimp appetizer. The burger was fantastic! Cooked to a perfect Medium, as requested. Hot, juicy and delicious. The baked potato was HUGE and nice and hot. However, the shrimp, Reuben, fries and mashed potatoes were not. Barely warm. Nobody checked on us. Our server did not come back by the table until we were finished and waiting for our check. We were very disappointed with the service, food and atmosphere. We all agreed it would be a good place to drink and enjoy some late-night bar food.

1st visit: food was bad. All of our food was bad. The service was ok but the staff seemed unhappy.
There was karaoke. It was so loud that we could not hear each other talk.

2nd visit: ordered burgers and sandwiches. They were good. This time the server was horrid. She sat by the wall the whole time and was not busy. We still had to get her attention for drink refills and our bill. The golf simulator was very fun and affordable.

We will go back 1 more time because we need our local restaurants to be successful and thrive. We don’t eat at chain restaurants and really need to support our community.

This newly built restaurant/bar/arcade is great place to see some great local bands playing here recently. The staff is very attentive. I sat at the bar and did not try any food. However, I had six draft beers. The total tab was $67.15 which included a $10 tip. The tab included a service charge of about $2. I ordered a black velvet which is 1/2 Guinness and 1/2 cider, which came to $12. $12 for a pint, not a mixed drink! The other beers were about $8 each plus tax. This was insulting, I did not expect to pay that much for the black velvet and get charged a $2 service fee. No sign or mention of the beer prices or the service fee. Expect to pay more for this place. I don't think anyone likes to be nickeled and dimed when they go out. I was happy until the tab came.

ATMOSPHERE: The 21st-century minimalist decor totally negated any notion of Emerald Isle atmosphere. We (3) were there on a quiet Wednesday evening with only about 1/4 of the tables occupied but the music was blasting like it was a crowded Saturday night.

SERVICE: Our server was pleasant, quick to greet us with menus, and appeared promptly with the check when we were finished.

FOOD: Our orders arrived surprisingly quickly. Perhaps too quickly - because all of us noted that the food was warm, but not hot. Perhaps it would have been delicious if piping hot, but we're not likely to find out since we probably won't return.

== Reply to Owner's Response: "Emerald Isle" is a familiar nickname for Ireland.

Attended a party. Food was cold when they brought it out, food ran out and wasn't replaced. Sweet tea ran out. First time. Will give it another chance maybe.

After being seated I told my waitress I needed some time to decide on a beer and food. When I was ready to order she was nowhere to be found. I waved down another waitress who looked me in the eye and kept walking. I then waved to the two young people at the front of the restaurant, I know they both saw me, and they both shook their head. Like they couldn't leave their post to go get my server. Unbelievably bad customer service. That said, once my server was finally flagged down the rest of my afternoon was quite enjoyable. Their wings are absolutely tremendous!

Love the "tater bombs" loaded tater tots! Fun atmosphere. Service totally depends on who you get, some are great (more mature servers), some just come back for the check. Based on 5 visits

It's a shame. The food here was amazing but we will NOT be back as when you get the check they are charging you a bogus "service fee" of 3% of your check. The receipt says if you pay cash you get a 3% discount. They are passing on debit card/credit card fees to you (without your knowledge, consent, and asduming you are psying that way.) BUT there is no mention of this on the website or in the menu as there is with the mandated service charge of 18% gratuity for large parties. I asked the hostess up front a out the charge and she said shed never seen that before.

I asked for The "manager" who was also the bar tender. She said "all of the restaurants are doing it" and she can't do anything about it and if I wanted to use thier ATM (for a huge fee) I could get my 3% discount for paying cash or i could complain to the owner.

I mentioned that there was no sign on the door, it was not posted on the website, menu or even at the table to indicate there is a credit card/debit card charge. I eat out a lot in Raleigh, Cary, and the greater Garner area and this is the first I have ever been charged this. I believe in being honest and up front BEFORE I check out.

It's a shame because in the end it will hurt the servers. Not only is the language deceiving as they hope you don't notice it. But to some, it implys the tip (albeit low) was added to your check. Or that unsuspecting customers may end up leaving less (if at all) to account for the added fee.

For me its not the amount rather the principle of not being told ahead of time and the "i dont care" attitude by the manager. Not that they care, but we will not be back.
