I’ve been coming to this Hardee’s for several years because it’s close and convenient, and I genuinely enjoy Hardee’s breakfast. However, after many visits and many chances given, I feel it’s time to leave an honest review.
Every time I walk inside, I end up standing at the counter for a minute or more before anyone acknowledges me or offers service. This has been a consistent issue over multiple visits.
The drive-thru has its own frustrations. Even when no one else is in line, I’m almost always asked to pull forward, clearly to improve their corporate timing metrics. But once you’re moved ahead, the accountability seems to disappear. As I’m writing this review, I’ve been sitting in a pull-ahead spot for over 10 minutes with no other cars in line. It’s frustrating to feel forgotten simply because the timing clock has been cleared.
On top of that, the quality of the food has been hit or miss. Several times I’ve received a Frisco breakfast sandwich that’s cold with unmelted cheese. I keep coming back hoping things will improve, but the same issues continue.
I’m writing this not to complain, but because I’ve given this location many chances, and I genuinely want to see improvement. The food has potential, and the community supports this store, but the customer service and consistency really need attention

The establishment was well lit and clean. My order was received and executed correctly. The food tasted like it's supposed to taste. The service was fast, thorough, and pleasant. Overall, it was a good Hardee's dining experience and I would suggest this location to other people.

Picked up lunch for my mother and I; she loves Hardee's Frisco Burger. My drive-thru experience was very pleasant. Wait time was minimum, and food came out hot; except for the fries. All in all, food was good as always.

Pulled up at 6:20pm. Zero cars in line or for inside....ordered a original bag and a large fry... was asked to pull to the white line where I sat for 10 min. Im currently still waiting as im writing this review. Won't be back.

I got here around 8pm and ordered a double cheeseburger meal and original bag meal. I had to pull forward and wait around 20 minutes for my food and everything was luke warm at best and sloppily thrown together. There were only 3 cars in line when I got there so I have no idea what the staff was doing, I saw a couple guys just leaning against the wall chatting. Can't say I'll ever return to this location seems to be extremely lacking in management.

Plenty of parking outside! When we came in we were warmly greeted by the staff, the tables were all clean and tidy. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake both of which came out pretty quickly! We tried them and they are delicious!!!

We were there for about three hours, as our motorcycle broke down. The employees were very professional and friendly. Fast service, good food. We had lunch, later, a snack, the cinnamon rolls are wonderful.
