They are really rude. Complaining about customers coming in. I mean what do yall expect. Its a fast food restaurant!!! If you’re going to complain then don’t work here! I dont know the ladys name but hopefully she aint a manager cause if she is she shouldn’t be working here.

The girl who is normally at the drive thru window in the mornings is the absolute rudest person I have ever seen. Several (as in at least 10) times I have tried to go through the drive thru window and they tell me it’s closed. Now if she can talk to me thru the drive thru then I’m assuming she’s just a tad on the lazy side. Need to get happier people in there!

Went to Hardee’s this morning 8-11-2025. I ordered two frisco breakfast sandwiches with only egg and cheese. The bread was soggy and not even cooked. Why do I deal with this DAMN STORE. Bad service bad cooks that don’t care ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. They keep the doors locked now so I really and truly will not go to this store EVER!!!! Again

After years of eating here seeing the food and the service continualy decline, I will not return again. Rude employees, low quality food......Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.

Right after church, we were put to the test. On our way to get our grandmother some food, we decided to stop by Hardee’s for a simple ham and cheese meal since it was conveniently on the way.

As we pulled up to the drive-thru, the very first words out of the employee’s mouth were, “Come inside, we not taking orders.” No greeting, no explanation…just a demand. Mind you, it was over 100 degrees outside. We could have reacted differently, but we kept our composure. My wife looked at me, I looked at her, and we decided to leave.

We didn’t place an order or go inside…not because we didn’t want to, but because the interaction lacked basic courtesy. A proper greeting like “Hello” followed by an explanation something like “We’re so sorry, but our system is currently down and we’re kindly asking customers to come inside, would’ve gone a long way. Instead, we were met with a dismissive tone and no acknowledgment.

We chose to go to another nearby restaurant, where we were treated with the respect and hospitality every customer deserves.

A reminder to all customer service workers: It’s not just what you say, but how you say it. A simple greeting and respectful tone can completely change someone’s experience.

This Hardees is horrible. They are super slow.. pull every order that they take on the drive thru. The two girls working one short, and one tall with light skinned looking silly because someone gave anyway my order, and had me waiting for over 30minutes until I had to pull back around to the windows and ask what is going on. Then, the tall girl proceeds to say we were slammed we had 12 cars as if that is my problem. Then, the manager comes and says oh I made that a while ago why didn't y'all give it out. Unprofessional!! They need entirely new group of workers with some urgency, and new leadership. This is the worst Hardees in NC.

People working in drive-through should greet each person pleasantly and allow you to look over the menu board.
Customer service will bring people back or make people drive to another location. Along with how my food is presented.
Food is way too high in cost for attitude and rudeness.
Let's improve
Undercover Boss is needed or Mystery Shoppers just an honest suggestion.

Whoever y’all have working drive through 3/5 this morning around 9:30 with the bull nose ring needs to have better customer service ! From pulling up to the drive through ..did get any “welcome to Hardee’s” she mumbled the whole time and then said pull to window and didn’t give no total ! After I get to the window I hand her my money which she snatched…then act like she couldn’t pass my food properly but had energy to converse with another employee at the window but give the customer a stank attitude ! If you don’t want to work why work there !!! I come here often but this morning the quality of service left a bad taste in my mouth …after the money snatch I almost got out my car …y’all need to train better and hire better HARDEES ..or either fire !

My food is always good, but for some reason when i went recently my burger patties looked like lil hockey pucks half sitting on the bun, with the cheese just blindly thrown on it and my bun was smashed The 4 big pieces of onion were way bigger than the actual meat. The workers obviously don't want to be there. But my food is always hot so I will take that

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The place was absolutely nasty! Ketchup & mustard all over the floor that looked like it had been dried for days & never cleaned. Floor in lobby & behind counter was so greasy & dirty you could hardly walk on it. Trash on the floor that was never picked up. Smoke was covering the whole building, not sure if their exhaust was messed up. Food was just as nasty & we could not eat it. Tossed it & wasted $16.00. Employees looked dirty & sloppy. They were dancing around like they were at some club & not in a public working environment. Will never return. This place is an accident waiting to happen!

on 02/27/25 at 11am who ever that woman was at drive thru your service was so bad when i was ordering rushing me when i needed more meals long period of dead air space no talking ignoring so in the muddle of the order i drove off sad part i been going to this place for years guess ill take my money else where never again

Chicken tenders probably taste gteat if they were fresh, but mine were hard old and cold. Fries are seasoned very well, but were hard old and cold. Drive thru service was annoyed and unprofessional.

I will go out of my way to go to the location on Gorman street before I ever spend money at this location again. The staff here, including who I assume to be a manager, are unnecessarily rude. Not only were we rushed through ordering in the empty drive thru, resulting in an incomplete order, when we went to the window to finish the order we were given the nastiest attitude and mocked.
