Predictable food quality and service. There are definitely good and bad locations. This is typically a good one.
Do not place an online order here. You may not get it and be scammed and lose your money. They do not care about their customers. I placed an order on the app Friday, Feb. 21st, 2025. I tried to go pick it up, they said they were closed. So I asked if the order would be refunded, they said yes. Here it is a week later, no refund or reward points back whatsoever. Do what you will with that information. I just wanted to warn you all. I would go to another IHOP

First time my family came to eat here and they did not let us in because of a huge incident that occurred with the employees. Attempted to come today and they have all these hand written signs on the entrance glass doors with limited seating and hours. The place was awkwardly silent (no music). Took them forever to sit us down with so many booths available. Our waitress took forever to take our order and was barely around when we needed something. But I could see her by the kitchen door. Did the size of the omelets change? It’s like half the size. NY cheesecake pancakes are horrible now. Whatever cream/ icing they used was sour!!!🤢 Honestly couldn’t tell who was running the place as they were are all under dressed. Needs serious attention and new management or just shut it down!! Embarrassing.

Cool Silver Dollar pancakes and an awesome waitress to boot. Turkey sausage was awful and chicken sausage not offered. Sometimes we all do not want pork products. Thanks for the sugarless syrup!!!!! Sometimes pancakes are not cooked well and arrive at the table somewhat under done and I have sent them back to the kitchen. Bacon is overcooked most of the time.
McDonalds get a clue and offer sugar free syrup especially for diabetics. I do not buy anything from McDonalds any more. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS !!!
FYI: Their Corporate Office did not respond to my inquiries. Really no longer a fan !!!
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of op the last time I dined there. I do like the option of sugar free syrup. Kudos Thank you !!!
