horrible experience. the food was horrible and so was the service they did not check up on me and my mother and gave no napkins!! the floor was so sticky and all the waiters were chit chatting making us wait for our food, we normally love this ihop but the service was not it!!

The bacon came out raw, we sent it back 3 times and still raw. The service soso. The cook in the kitchen didn't wear gloves while handling food. Will not come back.

Ordered Maple Bacon Benedict with Hashbrowns. I am not a picky eater. But Benedict must be a poached egg with runny inside. I got what amounted to a hard-boiled egg. And where I drew the line on absolute kitchen etiquette failure is that they topped off the eggs with refrigerator cold hollandaise. So disappointed in the kitchen. You know better and pushed it out to the front anyway. Shame.
