If I could give a zero on I would! I ordered from here to bring home food the food was stone cold and disgusting is nice of saying, and parts were missing. I called complained about this they told me to go back to atleast get the meals for my kids and the rest would be refunded. Well my husband did as such. When he returned to the location continuing to complain especially about the food being stone cold Shondrika Howard told my husband that the food only has to be at 100°. I myself am a certified chef through the CIA( Culinary Institute of America) that is false it has to be at 145° holding temperature out of the TDZ(temperature danger zone) which is from 41°- 135°. Mocking my husband when he had me on speakerphone as I was stating facts to her. She than took the food that he was there to pick up for my kids to the back continously mocking. When it came down to a refund to our credit card he looked at the reciept told her that it was the wrong card number and name and he wanted it corrected she said she couldn't she had to send it to her "Treasury Department". Finally she had the police called on my husband when he was asking for her to do her job. Shondrika Howard, CSL has no respect for anyone let alone customers. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE NOT EVEN ON MY DEATH BED WOULD I EVER ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Thank you Jane’a Cyrus best ever server, what a blessing she is to your restaurant family. She is a joy to her customers, coworkers and management don’t loose her. She makes sure you have a great dining experience always attentive and kind. We love her and she should have a huge raise and show how much she is appreciated. Before her I had a really bad experience and almost didn’t return so after having her I love going back and if she isn’t there I won’t stay. I’ve seen how she interacts with others and she is always loving and kind which sometimes others are not so nice to her. Remember people tip your server tell them you appreciate them we are loosing great wait staff so be nice. It makes a difference to everyone.
Placed two orders of 8-pc traditional bone-in wings and they were excellent - meaty, cooked just right, tossed in different sauces that were delicious! They were ready in under 15min and were brought out to my car, using their convenient curbside check-in. Overall great experience!Note that this “It’s Just Wings” was located inside the Chili’s Restaurant - might be part of that chain?
Only gripe i have here is that they need to make their bone-in wings crispier.. They are potent and meaty wings that could easily be top tier if just cooked more ..Bone out wings were honey siracha and tasted delicious.. Just find that nice crisp and i think this place could change their rep fast

I ordered smoked wings. It was indicated that the order would be ready at 9:47pm. It was almost 30 minutes after this time before the order was actually ready. I checked the food upon receiving it and it appeared that the wings were fried as opposed to smoked. I took the wings back and asked if the wings were smoked. Begrudgingly, I was told that the wings were smoked. I asked for the manager, showed her the wings, and was informed that the wings were fried. Additionally, the manager informed me that they did not currently have any smoked wings. As opposed to telling me when I arrived that smoked wings were not available, this particular It’s Just Wings tried to give me fried wings and pass them off as smoked. I will not be ordering from this It’s Just Wings again.
Our order was not correct, we ordered bone in wings, got boneless. Seems like a common problem for all these wing restaurants.
It's just Chili's. (Seriously this is not a separate restaurant)These wings are mediocre at best and are severely undersauced; definitely avoid the dry rub as it's the lightest sprinkle of seasoning.Overall this was multiple levels of disappointing, deceiving advertising, low quality, and poorly prepared.
The chicken was very good.. Jas a womderful taste.. Fries were amazing.. Donut holes were nasty.. Tasted like cornbread

Ordered thru Door Dash. We ordered bone-in, boneless, extra curly fries and the oreo. We didn’t order the smoked but got a mix of them with the order. Wings were over cooked, some of the boneless were so hard they couldn’t be chewed, most of the curly fries were either old or over cooked and were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. The Oreos were burnt. I filed the issue with Door Dash and was only offered a $11 refund. It’s one thing to have a part of the order messed up but for every part of the order to be bad is telling. We won’t be ordering again.

Wanted to treat our family to dinner. Got there at 5pm and waited 40 minutes. The restaurant was 1/3 open due to staffing I am sure. We were seated and the floor was flithy and table was wet. The server was nice enough when she finally got to our table. We received our drinks and appetizers. We waited close to an hour for our food where others seated after us received their's. We had a 1 1/2 year old who ordered grilled cheese and had to wait the hour as well. Unacceptable. After waiting 40 minutes the waitress said they were out of burgers and the person had to order something different. His was brought our before ours. It wasn't until we complained to the manager that our food was finally delivered. Will NEVEER go back there again.
Awful awful wings. Worst in my life. They were clearly made days or weeks ago and microwaved. Beware, this is just Chilis in disguise to fool you into accidentally ordering from them.
So I’m not one to really ever leave reviews but I have to say I was very disappointed! Mainly because of just the lack of communication and just disorganization. The food was also not worth what we went through. We wanted this place because we heard they had fried Oreos. Come to find out this is a part of “Chili’s” restaurant.... We ordered online and were told our pick up time was 7:45pm. We didn’t receive our food at curbside pick up until almost 45 minutes later! Every time the curbside employee came out they’d say they’d check on it but then never gave us an update and would breeze by us until we’d got there attention every other 10 minutes to figure out what was going on. Truly wasn’t his fault because he seemed very busy but also felt like he wasn’t doing anything to help find answers for the situation. Finally he said a manager was going to come talk to us 40 minutes later....which then led to asking what we ordered to begin with? When we got our food it wasn’t that warm which leads me to believe it had been hanging out there for a while. We heard they had a mass amount of orders at the same time but plenty of people were Getting their orders in a timely manner. Another lady was waiting for almost as long as us for them to say they didn’t put it in because they didn’t have it and no one told her, so she then had to wait longer.All in all the manager apologized but still we were bummed and starving. Got home and we’re pretty sure two of the sauces on the wings we ordered were wrong and it just wasn’t worth the wait or the calories ? That said the Oreos did save the day but wouldn’t be worth the trauma of ordering again! Said to leave a yucky review but I’d hate for someone else to have to go through that!
