The employees at this location are rude and some of them are racist..I attempted to share my experience with the shift lead 12/05 around 5:00 pm and he told me that he had a relationship with the employees outside of work and stated the experience that I had wasn't the experience..He argued and talked over me the entire conversation

food was decent, however the employees attitudes were awful. the family in front of me spoke broken english, and the young girls at the counter were extremely rude to them. wouldn’t give this location any more business due to the racism i witnessed.

Came in 9-10 minutes before closing, staff was pissed. I get that It's close to closing, but if you're open your open. I just left. Knew I wasn't welcomed after taking the time to drive there and make it on time.

Well, all I can say is it must be under New Management!! Walked in. Walked to the counter. The lady that asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted came from out of the dining room, around the counter around where the cash register is dragging her hand along the counter top, all the way to the slicer. Asked me again, what I would like. I told her again. Meanwhile, I'm noticing about 10 flies flying around the slicing machine...!!!! How nasty!!! Before she started making any kind of sandwich she took a towel out from underneath the counter, that was all balled up and from being under the counter. Wipe the slicing machine down, threw the towel back under the counter!!!!! Into God, only knows!!!! And then turn around and walk to the back where the grill is. I stood there for a second and I thought okay, You know with the flies; with her running her hand down the counter top without changing her gloves with her; taking that towel out from underneath the counter and wiping the slicing machine down and then throwing it back underneath the counter. I decided I didn't want to eat there. No thank you. I hope Management reads these cuz this is I mean I'll never walk back in there again. I'll drive 5 mi out of my way before I go back in there again and this is on Timber Drive.

Honestly I have never been to a Jersey Mike's where I had a bad experience. However, this exact spot was not a good experience because of the bad customer service! There was nobody smiling, no friendliness, and overall bad energy here. I spent nearly $80 to top it off because I was treating my loved ones. I hope you improve this area. I won't be back here!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Piper, Danny and Reece gave me the best experience i’ve had at any Jersey Mikes. EVER. They were not busy so parking was amazing, and they were super friendly. I got a refund and left the jersey mikes down the street just to come to this location and they made up for everything the other location did wrong. Piper was fast and efficient at making my sub, Danny was attentive and checked me out fast as well as made sure i had everything before i left and Reece was working away at making orders in the back but did not skip a beat to welcome me in along with the others when i walked in. 10/10.
Parking: Parking is right in front of the building and there were more than 20 spots available.
