Jersey Mike's Subs

Can't go wrong with a jersey Mike's sandwich!! It's definitely consistent with the rest of the locations! It's the Mike's way #13 for me!

Brandon wasn’t welcoming and I don’t like when you drop the cookies in the bag then instead of giving me the bag leave it in front of you for me to pick up. Please don’t touch the food and money with the same gloves that’s nasty 🤮

I recently visited this JM's and the young lady that started to fix my sub had a negative outwardly attitude. Better listening skills and politeness would be recommended for this employee. I would not want this type of employee at my company.

We have been long time customers, since we moved into the area over 10 years ago. Love this location! They go above and beyond other locations we've tried. VERY friendly owner/manager... remembers us and makes a point to speak to us directly everytime we see him. Staff is clean-cut and polite and subs are the best in town, hands down.

Most employees are really nice but every once and a while I get low key judged for wanting a veggie and it puts of my return for several months. A week ago today the 2nd guy making my sandwich kept asking if I'm sure that's all I wanted on my sub. I pointed out a veggie is on their own menu. Then he dropped my sandwich while putting it in the bag. (It was in the bag so I thought it'd be ok.) I should have said no thanks and walked out then because 10 minutes after eating the sub I threw it all up and my stomach hasn't been right since. Thanksgiving was kind of a bummer. Thanks, grimy guy at Jersey Mike's. Maybe it was JM, maybe it wasn't, but I think that did me in for any return.

Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. I always order the Club. Only thing I would ask them to change is to put the bacon on the sub when all the other meats are put on. Last tire I was there it was not put on the sub because it is located after all the toppings. Maybe this is how they save money on sandwiches that come with bacon. I shouldn't have to ask for it if the description on the menu says bacon is on the sub. Please consider this suggestion.

I completely understand being busy, but one thing that they dropped the ball on was being organized. I waited over 40 mins to find out the tickets got mixed up.

Always friendly staff. Always amazing subs. #6 Mike's Way...I could eat that every day and be happy! Inflation hasn't escaped them though. $19.40 total for a giant #6. Just the sub, no drink or side. Yikes! But it's worth it.

Came in for the first time and ordered a #43. Got home and took a bite and what id gotten was a #42. I was about to call and ask for a refund but by the time i got to calling the number, the sandwich was gone and I realized it was pretty freakin good. Well done to whoever made that initially disappointing sandwich. It was a true rollercoaster of emotions, I have bipolar disorder so that’s saying a lot. Next time I’d like beef when i order a #43, please. I need the extra fat for my bulk.
