Im a real Philly guy.I used to tell people that you could get a half decent cheese steak at Mikes.Well that is no longer true.The last 3 subs I got were a rip off.Tonight was the worst.I ordered a large with extra meet and onions.I got a roll with a tiny bit of meat on one side and no cheese and no onion.I paid 30 dollars a roll.When I called to complain I had to speak to a child.No help there.
This is lowest quality JM. At least got order right. Bread is lower quality than others. I travel a lot and order lunch for clients. JM is a staple in other parts of NC. Always fresh and delish. Stay away from this one.

There's only one store close to me, and I've never been disappointed with any aspect of this store. From the first "hello, what would you like," to paying, all the employees seem like they actually want the customer to be happy/satisfied with their sandwich. And, no matter how busy they are, they take the time to fix the sandwiches as the customer wants. I've always eaten in the store, and when watching the employees with other customers that come in after me, they are very consistent. The reason I keep mentioning the employees is that most all of them seem very young! Like high school age. And, I haven't ever seen/heard anything unprofessional/inappropriate from them. I'm just very impressed with those employees. Excellent job employees and great job management for hiring young adults who act like young adults and not like they want to be anywhere else but at work!

We picked up a Club Sub and Club Sub Supreme. They easily were enough for the two meals we each got from them. We seldom eat at JM's. When this was combined with the crew behind the counter being new, it was difficult to place our orders. BUT the subs were out of this world! We are sure to return.Parking: Tight parking accomodations.
