These kids went out of their way to make everyone else’s hot sub orders before mine, despite them ALL ordering after me. 3 people ordered AFTER me with hot orders, they had all paid and left with their food before mine was even put on the grill. Been here many times before, will never go back. Low key racist vibes.

The guy with braid s on the grill is rude and doesn't belong in customer service. He screwed up an order, period. Man up and take responsibility for your own mistakes. Adults make mistakes and own up to them. Get some customer service training, Sir.
Edited update: the director of operations and profusely apologized for the young boy on the grill without customer service continue to go to this location they are upstanding and WILL make it right. Kudos for the business integrity!!!

Been meaning to leave a review for a while as bad as I love their subs, I cannot go back there. This girl who was apparently sick, her nose was basically congested and she kept wiping her nose in her shirt sleave while preparing my food on the grill. Then had an attitude, proceeds to go to cash register with same gloves on while picking her back teeth like something was in it. Never changed gloves. So tired of paying all this money and these restaurants hire these nasty people with bad hygiene and bad manners. I called several times to report. Of course no answer. Mad I have to ride out to a cleaner place to get something that's around the corner. I threw the whole sub in the trash! Waste of my money and time! I'm watching when someone is fixing my food. FYI you never know who's watching. I can't stand nastiness. And to think I'm going to eat it. Smh

Super friendly staff and the place was VERY clean, which I very much appreciate. Food was delicious, only complaint is you guys might wanna let the cookies cool separately. I got a box of 3 cookies and they were conjoined, I’m assuming because they were stacked hot. Will come again :)

I went to Jersey Mike’s today to get my favorite sub! A tuna sub! Unfortunately the tuna sub I got from this location had absolutely no flavor and the tuna had huge chunks of celery. I won’t complain about the small amount of tuna they put on the sub for a regular that cost ten bucks since the tuna tasted like nothing! The best thing was the service, but no matter how good the service was it cannot make up for the flavorless tuna! Fix it people please!

I gave the cashier my Jersey Shore points account number several times. Paid with cash and was even going to give a cash tip cause I know sometimes some business managers keeps the tips for theirselves if you use a credit card. That is I WAS going to leave a cash tip until I found she had used the wrong phone number after telling her 3 times. She was too distracted talking and laughing with the crew to pay attention. Great, so all that money I spent doesnt get me any points on my account towards a free sub. It was the only reason I even came here. Also, teach your staff not to touch their hair and face with the same gloves youre making the sandwiches with. How about some basic food handling hygiene? Its not rocket science. You dont handle peoples money and cards with the same gloves you made the sandwiches with.

Worst customer service of any Jersey Mike's we have visited. Food was okay but the shift manager? was rude and the rest of the staff were either sleepwalking or just unhappy to be there. It doesn't take much to be nice to your customers. Won't return to this Mike's.

I have celiac and Danny goes to great lengths to clean so I don’t get sick from cross contamination. Eating out and fast is hard with allergies and I’ve never gotten sick! Thank you to you and your team for the extra care!

UPDATE: THE PERSON FROM JERSEY MIKES CORPORATE CALLED SAI I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR YOU EXPERIENCE HAVE A GOOD DAY. THATS IT..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE WHICH IS WHY THEIR EMPLOYEES DON'T TAKE THEIR JOBS SERIOUSLY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. They made my sub the incorrect way, like totally wrong sub! Get all the way home opened up the sub and its completely wrong and then you try to call the store and they don't answer! Ridiculous!! Like you're in their making sandwiches with shades on! Smh. I'm VERY disappointed in what I received and will never return to this location! I've been a regular here since 2019....Had to drive 17 minutes back for them to correct the issue and the customer service was terrible when the sub was brought back!! There was two light skin females with red hair and had a ponytail and a guy wearing shades with a toothpick/straw in his mouth while cooking. SO UNSANITARY!! Their customer service was terrible !!!
