UPDATE: THE PERSON FROM JERSEY MIKES CORPORATE CALLED SAI I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR YOU EXPERIENCE HAVE A GOOD DAY. THATS IT..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE WHICH IS WHY THEIR EMPLOYEES DON'T TAKE THEIR JOBS SERIOUSLY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. They made my sub the incorrect way, like totally wrong sub! Get all the way home opened up the sub and its completely wrong and then you try to call the store and they don't answer! Ridiculous!! Like you're in their making sandwiches with shades on! Smh. I'm VERY disappointed in what I received and will never return to this location! I've been a regular here since 2019....Had to drive 17 minutes back for them to correct the issue and the customer service was terrible when the sub was brought back!! There was two light skin females with red hair and had a ponytail and a guy wearing shades with a toothpick/straw in his mouth while cooking. SO UNSANITARY!! Their customer service was terrible !!!

Last night I order two big sandwiches and since I ate my one sandwich I been in and out that bathroom all night the workers there was crossed contaminating like crazy on me and other guy sandwich which in food business they should know to change there gloves ever time they touch the register with that same glove they using to make people food

They made the entire wrong sandwich. They were too busy and working too slowly to make it worth my time to try and correct. I ordered a giant Italian, and they made a turkey. It's wild that for all the meats in an Italian, they managed to give me a meat that isn't even in the sandwich. It's a shame I didn't look at reviews earlier or I would have known this is a common problem. Will never come back to this location

The sub I ordered was inaccurate after doing a mobile order. The buffalo chicken sub didn’t have Buffalo sauce or the condiments that are standard to this sub on it. In addition a secondary sub was not accurate. When calling the location they suggested I drive 40 minutes round trip back to have them correct it. I asked for a credit or refund and they told me there is no manager on site and I would have to drive in tomorrow to discuss with them wasting more of my time and resources. In addition the scheduled time for pick up I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order after the time they indicated for me to arrive.

overcharged. employees were going to charge me correctly as I ordered a sub that was not on menu, until the manager told them to charge me for a more expensive sub I did not get.

Very unfriendly staff. A young woman was cleaning tables banging chairs around excessively loud, then was slamming trash can on the floor to the point where we were unable to have a conversation . Never said a word to apologize for noise or even a hello. All kinds of yelling and laughing from the back of the kitchen. The roll seemed to be old and hard. Asked for extra mayonnaise, and it was everywhere. Allover top of bred and bottom. Needless to say, it was a terrible mess and negative experience with the staff. I would stop at another sub place rather than come back to this one.

UPDATE!!Returned back to this location the same evening and was able to receive the items that were left off of our sandwiches. Also, spoke with someone in regards to the situation and she was beyond professional. I'm more than satisified with how this matter was resolved. I am more than grateful!! We decided to not use the mobile app going forward for our needs just order in store.When ordering in the mobile app they apparently don't know how to read special comments. Why have that section if you're not going to read it. This is very bad service for the amount of money you pay.

The jersey Mike's has wonderful staff and the can get there line moving with a whole bunch of in line. There food is great that would be my top choice if I was wanting to get food for dinner or even if I am out of the house. I highly recommend going there. ??

If i could give 0 stars I would the way I was treated while walking in is absolutely disgusting the two girls behind the counter not doing anything but laughing with each other. the food doesn’t make up for the way i was treated there was a gay guy being extremely rude for no reason giving me multiple eyes rolls for him simply doing his job. Please do a better job on hiring people the food was disgusting for the price I will continue eating at subway.
