This was the worst service ever!! For starters it’s like 100 outside and the AC was broken, then we sat down and it took an hour and half before they even brought a cook over, and then they said it would be 5 more minutes because they forgot to cut the grill on!!!

The manager is amazing. He made sure we had a GREAT time. The food was delicious and the service was beyond our expectations! Try this place out. It's a great spot in Garner!

We had a reservation for a large group of friends and Kaze accommodated us very well. All servers were very friendly and the chefs were entertaining. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I look forward to returning.

This restaurant is a little on the pricey side, but it’s definitely worth it and the food was fresh juicy and flavorful in the customer service was a 10 out of 10 I will be going again but without my kids that’s how delicious it is.

Went with a large group of 16 with a 7pm reservation. Finally seated at 7:50pm after other groups were seated before us. The service was very slow. Chef finally come to the table at 9pm to start cooking and didn’t finish until 10pm. Most of the group ate every little because it was so late. It was my son’s birthday and the server brought out ice cream for him that he didn’t want. He told me all he wanted to do was go home (he was at work at 4am). We had also brought a cake to eat and he still had presents to open. Finally left the restaurant around 11pm with staff standing around waiting for us to leave. Many complaints were made during the dinner and the manager come to the table twice to address problems. He offered free drinks which a couple accepted to only have them show up on their bill, no discounts, asked that gratuity not be added but it was at 20%. For a person that has only been to the restaurant one other time the manager did not do anything to earn my business to come back again.

The food is fantastic and the staff is really friendly. I used to eat here all the time. But now their menu prices have shot up by a lot. I wish I could continue eating here but it’s not worth the price. I used to get a sushi deluxe for lunch for like $25. Now it’s like $40! Hope management does something about it. I understand. Inflation is a problem, but it’s way too much.

Food wasn’t as good as takeout from other hibachi places. The noodles were like spaghetti noodles rather than lo mein. The chicken was way over priced. There veggies looked steamed not stir fried. If you want good hibachi for the hibachi and seafood in angier. Way better and like $10 cheaper

Pretty disappointed, but I know I shouldn't be because hibachi seems to be universally disappointing in the Triangle. Went for lunch. Rice was mushy and teriyaki sauce on chicken tasted like any other $3 grocery store bottle. I took my daughter for the "show", but it was limited to lighting some oil on fire before the cooking began. That's it. No fun to be found. Doubtful I'll make the trek down to Garner again for it.

Food was alright, hibachi food tastes all the same for the most part. However, the atmosphere was super loud and we could barely hear our own conversations. Also, the wait to get seated wasn't too bad, 45mins, but to get our waitress or chef to our table took way too long, ended up spending almost 2 hours for the entire meal. Little too long. Chef had some ok tricks but didn't have alot of energy.
