Order for double mash deal was wrong. No receipt in bag. Called store 15 times and just rang and rang, or they just hung up without answering. WORST SERVICE EVER!!@
Ordered a 16 piece family meal with no thighs online. When I arrived at the restaurant, I specifically told them I did not want any thighs. Cashier was friendly standing at the counter. You can see the chicken that they already had pre-cooked in their oven. I told them I wanted hot fresh chicken and did not mind waiting to order came to $46.04. I had already paid for the food and added 10 poppers to the meal waited patiently after receiving my order I inspected my bags in the dining room of KFC. I open my bucket of chicken to my surprise. It was hard Dry and old. I said to myself, I wouldn’t even serve this to my dog. I went back to the counter, explained to the cashier that I paid for and specifically asked for hot fresh chicken and did not mind waiting for it to be cooked. She called the manager to the front. I showed her the dried out bones that were showing in the chicken that they tried to serve me, she apologized through that chicken in the trash and I assume they were preparing hot fried chicken. I went outside to check a couple of emails and give them time to prepare my food. The cashier then wait for me to come back in about 15 minutes later I opened the bucket and it was very hot so I assumed they cooked hot fresh chicken by the time I arrived home set the table to serve dinner to the family. We took the chicken out and it was dry and hard again. I was absolutely livid normally when we order online we patronize the KFC near capital Boulevard in Raleigh, North Carolina, but this time I made the mistake of going to the location on 70 highway in Garner, North Carolina absolute nightmare I have been a KFC customer the majority of my life and this food in no way represents anything That Colonel Sanders dedicated his entire life too. This was the worst KFC I ever had in my entire life that manager needs to be replace because she intentionally gave out old dry chicken. I think they pre-cook their chicken so when they have a dinner rush, they’re not backed up, but I think it’s too many hours early because as I said before, I wouldn’t have served this chicken to my dog so just a heads up when you’re paying close to 50 bucks for a meal, please inspect your food to be served to your family. Needless to say my husband was not pleasedand to corporate KFC get rid of that manager at your 70 Highway store location in Garner because she is gonna put you out of business.

Just picked up dinner for my family and found a fried piece of plastic. Thankfully we saw it before anyone choked on it. We are done with KFC. This is disgusting.
Good Lord Almighty. Just left the drive-through and some cashier said they do not take ripped money. My $20 bill barely had a small slit in it. What a joke. I guess he thought he was gonna get a reaction out of me but sweetie I wish I would argue at a KFC location. Let alone with a guy that makes less than $10 an hour. Your loss!

Ordered online, waiting 40 minutes got get my food in the restaurant. The buy maybe he is a manager told me the restaurant is short of hands, but all of other people coming later than me got served before me. very very unsatisfied with the service. WORST, Deserve ZERO.

Went through the drive thru, got home and found my order incorrect. Missing a drink and chicken. I accept responsibility for the drink but I didn't think I would have to open the boxes and nske sure I got what I paid for.

Literally the WORST kfc ever. I’ve been here 4 times since I moved over here, first time, they gave me no sides with my order, other 3 times were through doordash. The second time, they sent my dasher with a drink and a small bowl of mashed potatoes (I had a $45 order) third time, they made 3 different dashers wait for the food (2 hours) before marking my entire order out of stock, third time, they sent me a ginormous bowl of cole slaw and a ginormous bowl of mashed potatoes with nothing else . They’ve NEVER got my order right and they’re rude as hell!!!!

I’ve placed two separate pickup orders for 3-piece meals over the past two weeks, and unfortunately, both experiences involved missing items.
During my first visit, I ordered one combo with two thighs and a drumstick, and another with two breasts and a wing. Upon checking my order, I realized the drumstick and wing were missing. I returned to the store, and a staff member apologized and provided the missing pieces.
On my second visit, I ordered two identical 3-piece combos, each with two thighs and a drumstick. After picking up the order and checking it, I noticed that both meals were missing one thigh each. I went inside again to address the issue. This time, the staff member initially insisted I had ordered a 2-piece and a 3-piece combo, which was incorrect. After I clarified, she tossed the missing pieces into the boxes without making eye contact or offering an apology.
While the food itself is consistently good, experiencing order issues on two consecutive visits—and seeing similar concerns in other reviews—suggests this may be a recurring issue. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving to ensure everything is correct.

The service is too terrible at this KFC store, the workers waste time and make Door Dasher and Uber Eats deliveries wait for an hour or so, the wait time is too long.
Went through the drive thru today and ordered a number 3: 4 piece, extra crispy and a side of Mac and cheese. Also ordered Cole slaw as an extra side. The employee asked if I wanted to round out to support their foundation and I agreed. When I got to the window I realized I forgot to order my corn so I asked and they as told I couldn’t. OK no problem., since this was my error. Fast forward to getting home, opening up my box only to find that BOTH my sides were missing. It wasn’t busy at all. There was no one in the drive thru and barely anyone in the actual store. Highly disappointed!
