I would like to give kudos to the KFC located in Garner, NC on Hwy 70. A little after 12pm today my husband and I decided to visit KFC to pick up lunch for our family. The customer service my husband and I were given was very welcoming. Travis greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our food was hot and fresh. All the workers were extremely polite and made sure our food was brought out in a timely manner. There needs to be more representatives to provide customer service and satisfaction as this location has displayed today.Thanks again,The Robinson's

I do admit that I love KFC but it was my first time in this location, I felt like the service was a little down. The counter worker felt like he didn't want to serve me, didn't ask what flavor of chicken I wanted nor sides, and I asked for the price for the new saucy nuggets, he didn't want to answer. When my order was ready, he sat it on the counter vigorously and looked at me like he wanted me to leave. That's not good for business.

WOW, I had a fantastic take out dinner at this location today, I ordered fried chicken, Cole slaw, macaroni, mashed potatoes with gravy, and biscuits, also tea, the employees did an AWESOME job, especially a young man named Preston, I highly recommend this Kentucky Fried chicken restaurant, if you stop in, please tell them, Eddie sent you, ha, ha, lol . ???
I got a 3pc dark meat meal yesterday night and my chicken was raw on the inside and soggy on the outside I didn't not appreciate.

The food was terrible, we got a family 20$ and I shouldn’t expect much with it only being 20 dollars but I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs. The chicken was cold and burnt, we didn’t get biscuits we got nibbler bread!! Don’t recommend coming here at

Omg when I say the food and everything was so good that Chicken pope that's just what I mean not to miss the place was clean the cashier michael was so funny and friendly conversation Travis came in it topped it off so much laughter very positive energy thank you this was a big difference with the store remodel and new staff blessings thank you for my excellent experience anyone that know of me I'm very picky about my food

I ordered through DoorDash from here. The food was ok. The chicken in the bowl that I had tasted like it had been sitting a while. We order the brownie dessert. It's described as a large portion, enough to feed a family. I was disappointed in the size. In my second photo, I placed their biscuits beside it so you could see it by scale.
I had an online order and got here when I was supposed to and they have a section for pickup and mobile orders so I've been waiting here for over an hour and only just now decided to talk to the guy behind the counter and he got a ticket and put me in a queue when my food was just supposed to be made and put out. Online it said that it would be made and ready for pickup but I sat here for over an hour watched multiple people come and go while I waited. This is ridiculous, if the online app says your food will be made and ready to pickup at the pickup spot, it should be that way. If I'd known that it was going to be this difficult I would have gone literally anywhere else.

I love this KFC. My food is always hot. They never complain or get an attitude when I come in with a large order. Lately their hot and spicy wings have been my go to. You get 8 wing sections for $4.99. you can't beat that.

The person working the front counter, which I think was the manager, was very rude. He didn't give us time to order, and when we said the order, he said, "What's the number?" I've never been told that before, which was said in a pretty rude manner. The chicken was good b but the French fries were burnt and tasted like straight oil, and they were very dark. I wanted sweet tea, but he ignored me, and he intimidated me to the point I just got Mt dew instead. They were also out of hot sauce... really in a chicken restaurant? I usually don't go to this kfcn because of this happening other times. They need to treat customers better and not take your bad day out on them. Change the grease for real!!!! I won't go back here again, that's for sure

This is honestly the best KFC I've ever had, made by some guys who actually seemed to really like what they do. Phenomenal customer service, top notch chicken, 10/10, no notes.
