Fries were lukewarm and burnt. Ice tea was warm with no ice in cup. Worst meal we have ever got. Probably will not eat here again for a while. Wish we could get our money back. Order famous bowls had 3 small pieces of chicken. Have pic. Wish I could post them to show what we got.

This KFC used to be the best around, the last few visits were very disappointing .They are either out of chicken or want you to wait 20 minutes and it’s always soggy or over cooked. At 40 dollars for a bucket I can do better.Try Carolina BBQ it’s always good .

Worst kfc ever... i asked where i can find the 5$ deals at the menu and the staff told me "look for it i dont know".wow just wow.. its like they just go to work to just get paid even if they dont know anything

Poorly managed. The whole crew, including mgt, has no people skills. Instead of finding a calm solution, manager escalated the problem and the customer stormed out.

On Saturday, I ordered a four piece and it was dry. I asked for them to remake it and the chicken taste like it had been sitting there for days and they just dipped it in the oil to make it hot and gave it to me. Was not fresh at all. I’m never going back to either KFC in Garner.

Went through the drive thru less than an hour ago and I ordered a 3pc dark Mac and cheese and corn with a Pepsi. When I opened my meal when I got home I only had 2pcs of chicken and Mac & cheese. Is it $11.00 for a 2pc dark meal ? Or did they short me? I wouldn’t know because they didn't give me the receipt.

Got a 10 piece. Wow the chicken pieces were extremely small. The thighs were the size of some wings.

This location never has extra crispy. I go during different times and different days. Not sure why they don’t order it. When I’ve gotten their regular it tasted like it was out for awhile.

This place is a joke! We went to place our order at the counter where at the time was a person standing there. As we decided what we were going to order the person left from behind the counter with her belongings. We waited another few minutes and nobody ever came to take our order. It was then that we left the restuarant. This is no way to treat customers. We will not go back to this KFC again!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m not the type to leave reviews but I just feel the need to do so! This place is absolutely horrendous, I went to go place an order and I got told they were only taking DoorDash and mobile orders well they are also chained with a kfc and you could not do either for either restaurant. The staff lacks drive, work ethic, and customer service. This is truly disheartening:(
The manager David displayed horrible customer service. Very rude, dismissive and should not have direct customer contact. He feels because he’s a manager that he feels entitled and comfortable with being rude to customers. Not a good example for the other employees. Will never come back again.

I never ever ever leave bad reviews but WOW ?At 9:15 pm on a Friday night I pull up at the drive thru it says it’s open online and no signs outside Roll my window down to order I mean I get greeted but by two people. Granted I get it if someone’s training but they kept doing it so I’m trying to understand between the two and order and I’m being nice about it they said they were closed i get it maybe short staffed and I drive around and they are just laughing staring at me through the drive thru window. Wow :/ sad I wasn't being rude or mean I’ve worked in the service industry for almost 8 years I get it. It’s just all going downhill
First, let me start by saying that I came through a little under a week ago and my order was burnt really badly. When I say burnt, I do mean burnt beyond Edible. So I called the manager Ebony, and she told me that I could come and get the older replaced no problem. She would write my name in a book and I let her know I would not be able to come in until This week.
So I went in to get my order replaced and of course Ebony did not write my name or order down.
I would have figured that the management would be more organized than this. But that’s not the reason I’m leaving the bad review.
The manager, DAVID (i’m going to describe him for corporate and owner purposes in case there’s another David there.) He is average height, average build extremely dark skins, but not of the black culture. Maybe, possibly Haitian. This is a manager that I’ve dealt with directly, and when I was explaining what happens and what I ordered a young man who works with him very respectfully, asked me if I was the one who called yesterday. As the young man asked me this, DAVID with one of the most disgusting tone of voice said to the young man to shut up and be quiet when he is talking to customers right in front of me. For a moment, I thought it was a joke and they might have a relationship like that, but the young man looked at him and said are you serious? And DAVID once again said to him, be quiet and don’t speak. At that point I could care less about my food, and truly wanted to find out who this young man is and call his mother to make her aware of how DAVID treats his employees. I asked DAVID myself who died and made you God to speak to that young man that way, and he said to me, would I like to get my food or not? It has been made clear at that point I wasn’t getting my food until Ebony got back. So my reply to him was I would make it my mission to see that he is removed from his position. If this review reaches corporate, please contact me ASAP. The staff at that location are not safe with him as a manager.

Restaurant appeared clean but empty. Parking lot under construction. Ordered 12 piece meal and was told a 15 minute wait, but more like 32 minutes. Then when I got home 12 pieces really meant 10. The biscuits felt under cooked and the over all $45+ pricetag didn't seem reasonable for the quality. Not to mention not putting all the chicken i ordered in my order. If felt like they cooked orders as they were being requested and I got shorted. I also remember a guy behind me ordering a 3 piece meal and added a chicken leg.. seems like that's one of my missing pieces..
