We were tired so we stopped to get 2vpotpies and 2 classic chicken sandwiches. The pot pies were delicious. My husband's sandwich had a whole chicken breast but the sandwich was SOGGY. My sandwich, which was on the bottom of the bag, was 2 chicken strips on a bun and also SOGGY. Why not just tell me you were out of chicken for the sandwich? Very disappointed.

Used the drive thru to order their Tuesday 8 piece chicken special + 1 bean burrito. After paying at the window @ 6:18 PM I was told to park in a slot and they would bring ny order to my vehicle. 2O long minutes later, I got out of my still running vehicle and tapped on the window to get the young lady's attention. I said that you must have forgotten my order. She looked at my receipt and simply said your order isn't ready yet. I said Jesus Christ! and walked back to my vehicle. The staff must have found my situation extremely funny as they laughed hard at my expense. After 35 minutes, I drove off, without ever getting my food order. I did not trust myself to go inside and vent my frustration before asking for a refund. Where is the commitment to customer care? Clearly nobody cared enough to communicate with me or offer a free drink or coupon for the terrible experience that I was put through. Shame on the culture of this location in not even pretending to care enough to offer an explanation or apology. I know that my experience was not uncommon at this location. Anyone else care to share their lousy purchase experience?

They were out of chicken sandwiches then one of the workers went up to the manager and asked him if he dated outside his race and he commented no I think it messes up the culture funny thing is my kid is mixed and to hear that was very unprofessional and nor the time or place for that conversation

The owners of this place must be extremely proud! The customer service is non-existent, they’re always closed early, sometimes you get fresh food if your willing to wait 20-30mins cause they’re ALWAYS SLOW

I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC. At 8:49 PM on a Saturday night, the manager got on the intercom and announced they were out of wings for the rest of the night. For a chicken restaurant that doesn’t close until midnight, this is unacceptable. Running out of your signature product during peak weekend hours shows poor planning and a lack of care for customers. Very disappointing.

Came in to order a 16 piece family meal and some extra. Was never told up front that there was a wait for the food. It wasn’t until my husband went back up to ask to substitute a side in one of our orders that we found out they were out of chicken and it was a 30 minute wait. We told them it was fine. After 30 minutes I asked one of the workers how much longer because we weren’t told in the beginning that they were out of chicken and I wouldn’t have ordered so much food if that was the case. I was told at that time about 5 more minutes, but the young lady was very sweet and apologized so I told her it’s fine, we will wait a few more minutes. The whole time while sitting there, I could hear the manager from the back telling the cashier to make sure to let everyone know that there is a wait time and I could hear her using profanity. After an hour of waiting, I asked the cashier if I could just get a refund. He said he had to get the manager but she would be up. I continued to wait and the cashier said he would go check and I could hear her telling them that we have to wait because she’s busy. She finally came up and I asked if I can get a refund. Her response was yeah, that’s fine. I would expect as a manager to at least have friendly customer service and address the customer with an apology for the wait time. All she did was hand me the receipt and continued with her conversation on the phone. This location needs better management especially in these situations. I’ve been to this location a few times and there has always been a wait time but never like this and never this unprofessional.

The service was good. Staff were polite and professional. The only issue was the chicken was overcooked making the outter too hard. However the manager provided an order of fresh cooked chicken. It was better.

This location is a Taco Bell, KFC split I arrived at 9.25pm and was told that the KFC side closed at 9pm when clearly the web site says 12am.

Went through drive-thru only had one car in line, I ordered x2 large mash x2 large gravy and two chicken little sandwiches. Was met at the window with complete rudeness and bad attitudes went inside because my order was not rung up completely and employee inside caught an attitude and tried to embarrass me. I simply asked for my money back at that time.

No ice, the drinks are flat. The resturant is bare and the wait times are still unreasonable. The team lead Lucy is very rude— No greeting, no customer skills, very short with responses. Definitely should not be the face of this resturant or at the front end.

A bug came out of my Taco Bell food bag right after I got it, swerved out the road to pull over because it started crawling everywhere had to through out the whole bag. I went back for a refund and they said there was no bug and I needed the bag, that I had to Throw out!! Manager just brushed it off and said to call a number. ( KFC/tacobell)

Arrived at KFC. They are out of chicken!!! Guy serving at counter needed some training on customer service. Don’t waste your time coming here. We left without food.

Fries were lukewarm and burnt. Ice tea was warm with no ice in cup. Worst meal we have ever got. Probably will not eat here again for a while. Wish we could get our money back. Order famous bowls had 3 small pieces of chicken. Have pic. Wish I could post them to show what we got.
