Krafty's Burgers and Brews

I placed an order for pick up, nobody was at the hostess stand so I awkwardly approached the bar looking for assistance. The staff were very nice and the food was delicious, but because the food is kept in styrofoam the fries were soggy by the time I got home.

The pizza, large wings, subs, salads, and everything else on the menu is delicious. Better than most restaurants and pubs. But it’s the service and customers who make the place. Sit inside or outside on the large patio and enjoy the music and laughter. Have a beer, wine or mix drink. Give it a try.

Order pizza and onion rings. Onion rings we’re great, the pizza was doughy as if it wasn’t finished cooking, I sent it back to get it cooked longer and still wasn’t any better, topping and cheese slid right off every slice, very messy. Service was okay.

Came in today with my mom. She was drinking a Pepsi or Coke and I noticed something floating in her drink. When I picked it up, I seen that it was a penny. She told the waitress, no apology just that she never seen that before. When my mom called to ask to speak to the manager, she was told that there wouldn’t be one there until Monday and today is Thursday. I got a picture before we left.

Went today about 1:30 with my daughter and she seen something in my drink and took the cup from me there was a penny at the bottom of my coke. When fixing the drink with a clear cup and ice, how would the person making the drink not see that. Told the waitress she just took the drink and dumped it out and stated she had not seen that before. No apologies or anything. That was disgusting, as I drank some of that. We will never eat there again

Online says they close at 2am but I went at 12am and they said their kitchen closes at 10pm so either she didn't want to take my order or time listed needs to be fixed

My family and I went to kraftys for dinner last night. Horrible experience all around. We sat ourselves and waited about 15 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. She saw us, made eye contact and didn't acknowledge us. We were about to leave then she came over. We ordered nachos with steak and chicken wings. When we got our food, nachos were cold and chicken was under cooked. I told her we could not eat the chicken because the meat was dark pink . She then offered to take our food back in the kitchen and have them cook it some more. She did not offer us anything else or a refund.We had to ask for plates after food was on our table for 10 minutes. I paid the bill. It was around 46 dollars, I gave the waitress a 50 dollar bill. She went to her register and folded napkins. About 15 minutes later, she came to our table and asked me if I wanted my change back. Horrible. Do not go here.

Slowwwwww. Only one other group and was ridiculously slow.

Service was great, server was friendly. The fries were great as well. Food came out fast. They have the very crispy, thinner fries that I love. The burger was mediocre- hardly any flavor, taste was a little off-putting. Ate about 1/3 of it. It’s incredibly rare for me to find a burger I don’t like- strange considering “burgers” is in the name. Sweet tea was terrible. Doesn’t taste like it was actually brewed- tasted like either the bottled stuff, or some sort of sweet tea powder that you’d mix into water. It also tasted like it was old, and/or had gone bad.. I had 1 sip and tossed it. Probably the worst sweet tea I’d ever had, not exaggerating. Nice atmosphere though.

Great place to watch a game or catch some grub before a movie. Chicago Beef sandwich was huge and delicious. We will be back.

Very rude very prejudice very disrespectful got the Reuben bread was burnt fries was cold and salty. Sat there for 20 minutes before I even ordered and the waitress was just very disrespectful. Food was terrible wasted $40.

Terrible service, horrible food, and not clean. One waitress on and she was so rude, too busy sitting at her friend’s table, couldn’t be bothered to check in as our party grew. She couldn’t even say hello as she dropped menus at the table. Planned on meeting a wedding party here and we told the rest of our party to not bother going. Absolutely horrible would never go back. Visited 8/19/24 around 7pm ordered 3 appetizers and 2 beers it took 2 hours.
