today i call them at 9:30pm said they where only taking walk-ins so i had someone walk-in and they told them they didn’t have anything please get rid of these lazy as people store closes at 10 yet they want to stop working at 9

Best little Ceasars. I've been to a few in Raleigh and many more in other cities. Some are better than others. Almost all have occasionally flops. However, this one is always on point and consistent on its quality.

Today I ordered a side of Caesar wings with a pizza. I got only 7 wings instead of 8, which is why I’m putting the ‘food’ section of this review at 4 stars. The food was delicious though. I order from this location often and they always have my food ready fast. I will be mourning the loss of that 8th garlic parmesan wing 😔💔🪽🥀

Very bad service. They tell you a wait time, and you have to wait three times as long as they told you. Also, the woman delivering the orders is very rude and unfriendly, almost throwing the order at you. Terrible service.

Got great customer service from Tanisha but did not like the fact that the other girl nevaeh kept trying to give me her number when she clearly is under age this is not the first time
So I called the store today for Easter and spoke to a woman named Anna, I placed an order with her and paid thru the phone. But when I came to the store and it was closed for Easter. I don't know why the person on the phone took my order and had me pay for it and everything but when I called the store again another lady asked me what I'd like to order.
I told her that I placed an order but that their store was closed and she said oh yes it's actually showing me that. So then I asked if this was the store? And she said no we are just from central something.
Then when I asked for a refund and she told me we can't do that you'd have to go to the website for the refund since no one's at the store.
Honestly I'm not mad that the store is closed but more so that they are taking people's orders and money not knowing the stores closed.
PLS Do not order thru the phone it will be a waste of time.

Staff unknowledgable of menu, or special. Rather than explain there was a computer error, the staff all went back on the line to discuss it amongst themselves. Cashier couldn't find the advertised special on the register, so she didn't ring it up or tell me. When I asked, she asked a cook to come do it and she and the other female cashier hid in the back forcing him to look. He claimed he couldn't find it, so he couldn't ring it up. A little disappointed in the staff at this store. Food fine, management either unaware of staff ability or they just straight don't care. UPDATE staff do not wear gloves, wash hands or use proper food handling techniques.
8 months later finally talked to corporate, no refund was ever issued, called to place an order today, was hung up on. I would have eaten poop from a butt before eating here.
