If I could give the service a higher number, I would. Went in not long before they were due to close (unknowingly), and Tyra (I think that was her name) met us with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face. On top of that, I had made a couple of special requests with our breadsticks ask the way my son and I like to eat them. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Please keep her and give her a raise while you’re at it. Someone with her quality of customer service makes me wants to come to that store way more often. I think we will have to drive the extra distance for this location vs Clayton. Any company would be lucky to have her. I mean that. Thank you!

They don’t know how to talk to customers. Refused to make the food I wanted to order. It was 8:30. They don’t close for another hour and a half. Literally asked, do you feel like making this? The other employee in the back said, no, so they wouldnt make it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My kiddo asked for pizza so we were going to pop into little Caesar’s and when we walked in the door were greeted with “we’re not taking any orders” when asked why the response was “because we’re backed up” this is pathetic. You don’t stop taking orders because you’re backed up. You just advise that it may be a longer than normal wait time.

today i call them at 9:30pm said they where only taking walk-ins so i had someone walk-in and they told them they didn’t have anything please get rid of these lazy as people store closes at 10 yet they want to stop working at 9

Best little Ceasars. I've been to a few in Raleigh and many more in other cities. Some are better than others. Almost all have occasionally flops. However, this one is always on point and consistent on its quality.

Today I ordered a side of Caesar wings with a pizza. I got only 7 wings instead of 8, which is why I’m putting the ‘food’ section of this review at 4 stars. The food was delicious though. I order from this location often and they always have my food ready fast. I will be mourning the loss of that 8th garlic parmesan wing 😔💔🪽🥀

Very bad service. They tell you a wait time, and you have to wait three times as long as they told you. Also, the woman delivering the orders is very rude and unfriendly, almost throwing the order at you. Terrible service.
