Placed an online order at 10:55am last week, thinking surely it would be ready by 11:30 so I could make my appointment. But of course not! At 11:30 I was told it's still in the oven because there was ONE ahead of me. WHAT?? it's not even lunch time yet and they move as fast as slugs around that place. Don't even get me started on the lack of enthusiasm the employees have over there. Nobody's forcing them to work there. If they are that miserable they should quit. The owner(s) should wake up and clean house and hire a decent crew that wants to work.

Worst service ever. Had to call 8 times because the person working here answered and hung up, 7 of those times.. intentionally because "I was doing something with a customer so I was busy"... like okay? Secondly, when I get there to pick the food up, they wouldn't even acknowledge me. Just stood there and ignored me with a disgusting look.. which wasn't hard to do, considering their appearance.. completely disgusting service and experience.. rude and disrespectful staff.. should've went to dominoes..

Sometimes the wait is long but the closing manager always does a good job and makes sure you’re taking care of! Only reason why I keep coming back is the manager! Good job brother!

Never go here. Currently: 20 people standing and waiting on orders at 8pm, employees who do not care about providing a good service and are visibly high and unable to understand human speech. My food has been ready for 20 minutes, has already been paid for, and I can see it, but no one is coming forward to the counter. People are starting to give up and leave.Uodate: I ended up waiting an hour from when the order was placed, and they tried to say the order never went through while I was staring at my name with the order. Unbelievable.

I asked for MY Money BACK!! didn't render any services there.They need a HEART SEARCH. the Young men that were working there Cashier and the Cook were Slander the Customers and OVERCHARGED you too .I don't TOLERATE SLANDER!! its LIES most of the TIME.

Pizza was done on time so I was in and out.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian pizza and salads to eat.
Not sure what was going on but our order definitely wasn't correct, the workers were nice but too bad I didn't realize our order was messed up until I got home. Maybe they were super busy at some point but, it will will be a long while before I order from there again.

This is my second time ordering from here. The experience of both times is the same. I am convinced that I am getting the ready made pizza, that has been sitting around for a while instead of fresh pizza. The box is always soggy on the bottom. And the pizza is cold. I always order online so I can get in and out. But I always have to wait in line because this establishment doesn't use the carousel. I will be trying another little Caesars after today.

The kids here don't even know the menu. After being hung up on the phone I had to take a picture of the menu into the store to show them what I wanted. Just to be told we have that.
