No communication after I asked why my 5 pizzas i ordered 3 days ago for 3pm pickup weren't ready for pickup when I was 10min late. The three guys working are probably very nice but the party I was suppose to be at at 330 for my daughter didn't have food until 330.

Took 55 minutes to get 2 cheese pizzas. (Not exaggerating.) It was my 3rd time there and it’s never taken less than 30. Another customer checked theirs when they got it and it was cold. So the “Hot N Ready” pizzas are never ready, but also not guaranteed to be hot. Employees don’t care though. They just laugh it up in the back. Because every order takes so long, you end up with a lobby full of frustrated people, but still no sense of urgency from the staff. The manager and franchise owner should be embarrassed and frankly ashamed. This is a 0.000001 star establishment so having to give 1 star is extremely generous and misleading.

Little Caesar fast and ready, it wasn’t even fast or ready. I placed my order and there was only 2 people working. A young man and a lady. I placed my order aroun 6:15-6:20. & It was about 6:50pm when I went to pick it up. I was waiting on my order for about 30 mins. Didn’t receive my order until 7:30. A hole hr. And most of the time I only saw the young man packing the pizzas to go, while the lady was doing who knows what with her air buds on. Probably talking in the phone. I wasn’t the only person waiting for the order. There was about 5 customers waiting for theirs. Finally I got my order my pizzas were cold. Felt like they were sitting out for a good while. My son got a sliced and he had a piece of hair. By the time I called the store it was closed. I was not satisfied.

The girl working Sunday November 24 5:45 talk so fast I couldn’t understand a word she said the young man who actually brought my pizza was a little off putting too . Little Cesar’s I guess what more can you expect. Pizza was as expected so 3 stars for that .

Called in an order and arrived after 20 minutes which is when they said it would be ready. They couldn't even find the ticket for my order at first because they didn't write my name on it, then when they did find it the food wasn't there. They said they thought they gave it to the wrong person and had to remake it. They said it would be at least another 10 minutes- I had already waited 10 while they were looking for the order. Told them never mind and left. Someone else was having trouble getting their call in order as well. Would not recommend ordering from this location..

I love little Caesars. I gave them a 5 on food and service but a three in atmosphere... but that's the joy of little Caesars. You can feed an army on a budget and I think the price is so good that I can deal with the atmosphere. Band for the buck makes LC a great option.
Pizza always has like no marinara and is almost never cut. It's a $7 pizza but I remember the $5 back in 2018 having some sauce on it.

The young, skinny white guy with a face for radio has the worst attitude. I ordered one small thing, the cheese Crazy Puffs. He seemed so bothered. I asked him for an empty crazy bread bag and he acted like I killed his puppy. I don't know who made you sad bro but a smile goes a long way. He was extra rude. Maybe I interrupted the whatever he was listening to through his one air pod. Kids in customer service these days are so lame.

They do not know how to talk to people on the phone or in person. I never met such a group of employees that lacked customer service or common sense. "We have multiple stuffed crusts"......with attitude and no further comment. Asked if the order for Wayne was complete and homeboy in the back yells "it ain't ready yet". Then another girl pops out saying the same thing. So I asked for a time, came back in ten minutes with my order for Wayne under the name Wade. So how did they even know my order wasn't ready? I also felt like they were the type to spit in my food. Will DEFINITELY be NOT returning.
