Ordered crazy bites and they were horrible, they were extra brown on top, no pizza sauce in either package of two orders one of each, they were extra salty and just nothing like my first order ever of these from same location off Hwy 42. Seems like I may have to special order these to not be like these I currently have or try a different location. GEESH, why do they start off good then get sloppy with preparation of food. My 2nd time having them from same location as stated and wow, I gave them to my dog. I actually called the store and spoke to management and she did offered to replace my order for free as to why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.04/08/24Update to this experience was satisfied greatly and they were delicious as they were when I first tried them. So thank you Kay, manager of this location for making it right without any hassle.

I like to think I am a fair person and I don't like leaving negative reviews but I can't even begin to explain how upset I am with the experience I just had here. I waited an hour to get three pizzas cooked only to find out once I ask them what was going on that they gave my pizza to somebody else and that there was absolutely nothing that they could do unless I wanted to wait a whole other hour for them to remake the pizzas because other people's orders had to be in front of mine. Instead of trying to figure out a situation they were too busy arguing amongst themselves as to why this issue even happened. So I got a refund and I left and I will never be back.

my dad placed an order online to pick up at 4:30pm, showed up and the store was closed, lights off and nobody working when it was supposed to be open and time for him to pick up our order. this is the second time this has happened to us, what is going on?! last time we had to call multiple times just to get a refund. we're expecting at least a refund again. this has been a waste of time, gas, and money. horrible customer service.

Went to the store today and a male employee was screaming at female employee all in her face. He was big and did it while other customers were in the store. Then went outside to pace. How unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. The owner should pay more attention to his DM. This is why this store won’t be up to the potential it could be. This is a unsafe store to go too.

We’ve eaten takeout pizza here several times and it’s always satisfactory at best. However we called in a pick up tonight and it was the best they have ever made. The crust was light, crispy & delicious. All pizzas we ordered had just the right amount of sauce & right amount of pepperoni. It was VERY good!

Ordered a deep dish with wings. Deep dish was made wrong per order. (Toppings we’re to only be on 1/2). Order was never marked ready for pickup on app. Got pizza home only to find out it wasn’t cooked all the way. Dough was raw, couldn’t eat pizza. Wings were great. Left a message about order but never received any reply.

Today 11/13/2023 I'm standing here watching this guy make the pizzas with bare hands, no gloves whatsoever. Then another guy talking next to him, brushing his long beard. As soon as you go in the store you know they smoke inside the store. Very unsanitary, don't buy anything here please. The only good thing was the service but everything else, it not worth the drive, the money and your health.

Worst service on planet earth. They will make the pizza wrong, tell you you didn't order it correctly, refuse to remake it, then refuse to refund you. This is all after the pizza has sat for 40 minutes getting cold because they never notified us the pizza was ready.Yousef needs to be fired. Worst customer service.

This location just needs to be shut down. The management and employees do not care and don't want to work. I'm from the Detroit area and this location is a disgrace to the franchise. Every time I've ordered a pizza or crazy bread from here it's been sloppily thrown together and just nasty. Stay far away from this place.
