The food tastes like nothing. Very low quality. Fries feel like they came from a frozen bag, mushrooms like they came from a can, and rice like it came from an instant rice package. On top of that service is meh and very slow. But most importantly, this place is filthy (see pic attached). I waiting 15min before taking this picture, and while they did clean the table, no one bothered to clean the floor.

If I'm going to go out to eat a steak, this is my go to. The service is typically phenomenal, even on ridiculously busy nights. The Front of House management is engaging and pretty much always available. Their prices are very reasonable for what you're getting. We don't go out to eat very often, but this will remain in the lounge up.

I was out of town and didn't want a large chain restaurant so I checked out the ale house next door. I didn't like the smell and the menu was not impressive so I went next door to Longhorn's. So glad I did! I can always depend on a Longhorn for a great steak and friendly staff. Never settle for less just because it's a chain. I just called to be placed on the list for a party of 6, since you can't do it online. I was told I can't be placed on the list I needed to come in. That's absurd why have a wait list if you need to come in.

This place has really gone down hill and fast. Upon entry you’re greeted by three hostesses that say absolutely nothing. No hello how are you not even how many in your party. Instead they stand there talking to each other about their piercings and checking their phones. Eventually a follow me and that’s it. All while one refuses to keep her hands out of her hair that should be pulled back but it’s not. Our waitress took forever to greet us and our greeting was what do you want to drink. We already knew our full order so we went ahead and gave her that. She brought our food and all of it was ice cold she never came back until we were clearly done and just ready to leave. While looking around even the manager was just acting like it’s social hour at the hostess stand. He never left that stand the entire time we were there which was way longer than we should have been there because they were slow today unlike Sunday's use to be in there. The lack of training is horrifically obvious. The lack of caring also horrifically obvious.

Fantastic Service and food!! We got the onion petals, and the Wild west shrimp omg! We both ordered burgers and they were cooked to perfection, the fries were cold but we were happy non the less. But the best part of our mean was the French onion soup. It's was the best I have ever had at a restaurant, I even got some to go. Service was top notch, they're was nothing we had to ask for because our server was on top of it. We'll be back!

The steaks are really good along the excellent loaded baked potato. The side salad was also very good as well as the warm bread that comes with it. The lunch special pricing makes it a very reasonable steak lunch!
This is my second time going to a LongHorn Steakhouse and both of my experiences were very good. Our waiter was friendly and patient. I ordered the Strawberry Pecan salad which was insanely good and the shrimp and lobster soup as shown in the picture. I loved the soup and the bread that we got which was already good on its own tasted delicious paired with my soup. When we ordered more bread we got it almost instantly. I also like the way the restaurant is set up. It is dimly lit with comfortable booths with a light near the table which makes it seem very highscale in my opinion. Overall this place is great and absolutely have no complants. This place also offers complimentary mints also by the way. 😅

Overall, I have previously had decent dining experiences at the LongHorn Steakhouse at White Oak, which is why it has become our chosen location for Christmas lunch since my mother became disabled. This year, our family, who collectively traveled approximately two hours, planned to dine together for the holiday.
Despite requesting a table for nine at 11:00 a.m., right when the restaurant opened, we were seated at a table that accommodated only six. When we asked for a larger table, we were told this table could seat up to eight, which would have been an uncomfortably tight fit and still insufficient for our party. We then requested that two tables be combined so our family could sit together, only to be told this was against store policy.
As a result, we were unable to dine at LongHorn, as it was important for our family to share our holiday meal at the same table. Neither the manager nor the staff made any effort to offer a reasonable solution. As we were leaving, the manager loudly stated that they were “already over all of this for today,” which was unprofessional and disappointing.
Given the significance of the occasion and the clear advance planning on our part, the lack of flexibility, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. This experience has caused us to seriously reconsider returning to this location in the future.
