The manager who was on shift 08/23 at 8:30pm treats people like garbage, it's the worst customer service I've ever seen, go to ANOTHER McDonald's and give the money to another owner who hires qualified “managers” , is literally 3 minutes away.

If I could give 0 stars I would because this is a health food violation. We were there and our order was wrong even though they confirmed on the drive thru window. We went in to let them know and they took the food back and handed it to someone out the next drive thru order window for their order.
We will be making a corporate and health complaint.

This is a normal fact food place - descent prices and food. Where this place excels is cleanliness and staff. This places was super clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice place for a descent meal in a super clean environment!

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's. After waiting a long time in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside to get my order they forgot. To my disgust, I found a cockroach crawling around inside. It was absolutely unacceptable and gross. I expected better hygiene standards from a well-known fast food chain. This has definitely soured my opinion of this location, and I won't be returning anytime soon. Very disappointing customer experience.
This McDonald’s is very clean, has nice employees, and has a updated, clean play place. It’s kinda a bummer that you can’t refill your own drinks but otherwise, no complaints. Great McDonald’s if you have kids.

The staff there hardly wants to serve u.they say use the order screen to place your order, but if u need help it should be available to the customer. Then when you order a combo the fries is upside down in the bag or laid down sideways. The tables was clean. Just not a good experience when I was there 😕.

Urbn “My Shopping Fix” Mind
McDonald's is supposed to be known for quick service, especially at the drive thru. But more often than not you'll be asked to pull into a waiting area as you watch others who've ordered well after you receive their food and drive off. You'd think online ordering would give you faster service but again it mostly guarantees you'll be asked to pull into a spot. This is the closest location to me for now, but there's one just down the way that doesn't seem to have these issues. Today after the confusion at the window with my mobile order and being told to wait for a cheese burger, small fry, coke, and apple pie. They didn't even at least give me my drink while I had to wait for a long time. It'll be my last time coming here. Probably best for my health and wallet. Staff is friendly so that is a positive.
