(I would like to clarify that the three stars is more about whoever manages the app deals for this location versus the actual service/food)

Out of the three McDonald's near my house -- this one, White Oak, and US-70 Lowe's -- this is the one I prefer to go to. This location is the least stingy about giving me sauce, tends to fill my fries to the top, and doesn't have many operational issues.

HOWEVER, all three of these locations have worsened their app deals. If you don't know, each store can manage what deals are available through the app. It seems like most McDonald's in the Wake County area have gotten rid of the "Spend $1 (or $2), get a free large fry". There also used to be "Spend $10 to get 25% off" and now it has changed to "Spend $15 to get 20% off". Additionally, I'm now charged for sweet and sour sauce through the app when I wasn't charged before. Yet, when I travel, I can get free large fries, get 25% off on $10, and get sweet and sour for free.

Free Fries Friday is something they can't get rid of since it's a universal deal, so some days it's actually pretty affordable compared to other fast food chains. Otherwise, it's now comparable to all the other fast foods in terms of price, when McDonald's was easily cheaper through the app for the past 10 years. Oh well.

Not sure if it is an establishment SOP or what but this is a place where you MUST check you back before driving off they will omit giving you countless items you pay for and order.

Literally, hold the line up, do not let them steal from you like they did me until I learned they must have their hand held or they will omit items on purpose from your order

I asked for a sprite at the window and the lady made me repeat the order 4 times and when i got up to the window they told me that i did not order a sprite and that they would not give it to me. Please hire new workers, maybe ones that are less incompetent.

We just move from Raleigh to here in Garner. I am so disappointed how big difference from Raleigh and Garner branch! This is my twice order I thought at first maybe just a bad day bad timing. I am pregnant and kept craving Mcdonalds but second order was the same. Burger is so dry. Coke is stale and fries is NOT FRESH. I have to cry because it didn't meet my cravings as pregnant. So disappointing in this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would I purchase an iced coffee from here, and while drinking it, I had paper in my mouth. I did a further investigation and found string inside of it. I tried to call them, but the line was busy for about 30 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone, the am manager told me that she didn't have time to address my concerns. She was unprofessional.

I repeated my order clearly and politely TEN times (I counted)

2 #7’s one with a sprite 1 with a Diet Coke

6 piece happy meal with ranch, double fries and HIC.

That is all.

They proceeded to repeat things back to me incorrectly TEN times so I repeated my order as needed.

Then when I thought we were at last on the same page,

“Is the order correct on the screen?”

Me: (calmly ) No.

Didn't have my mobile order that already I paid for then I can't get a refund because it says i got my food in the app after I got home. They stole my order at the very least they stole my money that I can't get refunded for food I never had a chance to eat. Absolutely disgraceful

This restaurant was severely understaffed however the Male Manager was busting out orders in a timely manner all the while apologizing for added wait time

Typical fast food, but what I like about this location is they have a dining area in the room with the play place which makes it very easy to relax while allowing small kids to expend their energy.

Kid-friendliness: Dining area in room with play space and a family bathroom makes it a great choice for small children.

Absolute crap. Not only was the line taking FOREVER (which I can deal with) but then they had me move up and wait for a freaking frappe. I waited 20 MINUTES. For a freaking frappe. When they finally brought it out after I flagged a staff down, (I couldn’t go inside because I had two children in the car) then he said “I don’t ma’am. I just work at the front” Sir, I do not care where in that building you work. Then they finally bring it out, liquid all over the lid and side and no whipped cream or toppings. I paid $5 for this. Ridiculous dude. Don’t care if you’re short staffed or not. Everywhere is.
