Although we already had expectations of what it would be like, we were surprised by the initiative of the attendant Daiana in helping us when we were checking our order at the self-service kiosk to complete the order. Thank you, Daiana! 🙋

Good food. Good service. Nice little area that was easy to get to and had a good staff. It was super busy. Some homeless people needed help as as well. Over all a good place to stop if needed.

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter. We rarely eat out but had a long day and decided to give her a treat. We visited this location on 11/16 around 9:05 pm. I checked her food as always and everything was refrigerator cold! Everything. Decided to toss that meal out and find something else for her to safely eat. Hot food should be served hot, she was so excited too until her burger was stiff and cold.

i went there sunday and got food and when i got it the wrapper was soaking wet and the food looked like someone splooged all over. i went this morning and the line was too long so i was trying to cancel my online order which they didn’t help me with so i left without my money and my food. maybe listen to ur customers when they want to cancel an order. yall are on some bs get it together

I barely eat McDonald but this is one is convenient and on my way home and the two times I’ve eaten here my food has been terrible! Burger always burnt and dried out ranch wraps chicken is soft mushy and just not edible.

One star, that's not even what they need to get. The one that acted like the manager There didn't want to give me a monopoly piece which on the mc app says quarter pounder has them. She said, not here is only the big Mac.
But I proved her wrong showing her the mc app. Need to get it right . I'm playing monopoly I need my pieces that's the reason I paid. The higher dollar just to get the piece. They act like it's coming out of their paycheck.One monopoly piece that they owe me .maybe she's just peeled it off to keep it for herself

I asked the lady to fix my food because she gave me a non-plain hamburger when I specifically asked for a plain hamburger with bacon, and we went back-and-forth until I had to sadly assert my dominance to get my burger with bacon and when I got my burger. I did not get my cheese on my burger.

I live in garner and literally passed by another McDonald's and came to this one for its 3.8 stars boy I should have read the reviews, I had a taste for a Big Mac and for the nostalgia and I have two complaints although customer service was ok the food quality was not good 1. I asked for no salt fries therefore I had no problem with waiting, the fries came back undercooked 2. the sandwich was dry and cold I was highly disappointed, what happened to the employees that cared about giving out quality food they take no pride in serving good product anymore I don’t eat McDonalds on the regular but I definitely won’t be back.

Just annoyed because there is construction going on in the parking lot, I placed a mobile order and can’t even pull into a parking spot. This is the middle of lunch why wouldn’t you do this construction at night?!

The curb side parking is always full with empty cars and to wait over 20 minutes for an ice coffee hash brown is crazy, I came here everyday after dealing with rude employees , you lost my business.
