Once again let down by this location. I am a valued customer and i constantly get cold burgers or soggy fries. I visit this location several times a week and its just sad the quality of food they are putting out . Didnt even eat my fries they were so soggy . Please do better or ill have to pick another favorite fast food restaurant

For this trip, I only went through the drive-through to get a burger and fries and soft drink. But it was quick smooth and easy. The french fries were super hot so they get a five from me today!

This place needs to shut down asap customer service is so slow they will literally have people standing there waiting for their orders for 30 minutes and when you try asking them a question they will straight up ignore you or have a mean attitude for no reason whoever is managing needs to be trained again too

I showed up. Seen there was a line so I made a mobile order. Paid for it. AND STILL SAT IN DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MIN. Then I get to the window only to be asked to park. I did a mobile order for this reason. They made everyone wait in line for 20+min just to move them to the curbside pickup. Horrible planning. And then when I asked the woman at the window why we had to go to mobile pick up after waiting 20 min to just say my code, she said we'll dont order so much. Yea. Thanks. Ridiculous.

I ordered an ice cream on the app. I was told when I arrived that the ice cream machine was “broken”. They wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement. Not okay.
The place is very dirty and hot, it is really not suitable for receiving people. The service was good and so was the food

Not sure what was going on, but the drive-thru took forever. I waited over 10 minutes just to get a simple order. For a place known for speed, this was disappointing. The food was fine once I finally got it, but the wait totally defeated the purpose of “fast food.” Needs better organization or more staff during peak hours.

We have been here 4 times since we recently moved over here. Every single time we have had to wait for 20 mins for our order and have not once received our cookies. The employees always push the food into your car and run away before you can say anything. Will not be going back to this location.
