The dining room reeks of urine and I’m sitting about 29 feet from the restroom!!! I was also told by the employee “orders only receive 1 napkin per corporate policy.” What??? And don’t even bother with the kiosk. It never has receipt paper.

If you have 20 minutes to wait in a drive thru for sub-par food then this is the spot for you! Mcdonalds use to be a trusted brand for quick and fast service and now I can see why they are failing as a company.

Just left there with my spicy chicken that didn't have any sauce, only to about throw up driving down the road and eating a raw piece of chicken. Can't recommend enough to stay away from this place. The doa machines look they have never been cleaned and just nasty. I won't be going back.

Why is that EVERYTIME you come to this McDonalds, you have pull into a Deive Thru reserved spot?...I am here today, December 7th, 2025, and EVERY car that was in the drive thru was asked to pull into a spot....THERE AREN'T ANY SPOTS LEFT!!!!!

We chose to dine in but they decided to not bring our food out. When they called our number, I went to grab it but it wasn’t even ready. Had to wait over 3 minutes for our cups then didn't give me all of them. Had to chase down an employee for straws and napkins. I could have forgiven the terrible service if they had just made my sandwich relatively okay but it was a disaster, had to deconstruct it and rebuild it just to eat it. Their manager was really good at ignoring people when they were asking for assistance. Just terrible, never going back. The franchise owner should be embarrassed but if it's that bad he/she probably has no shame anyways.

Once again let down by this location. I am a valued customer and i constantly get cold burgers or soggy fries. I visit this location several times a week and its just sad the quality of food they are putting out . Didnt even eat my fries they were so soggy . Please do better or ill have to pick another favorite fast food restaurant

For this trip, I only went through the drive-through to get a burger and fries and soft drink. But it was quick smooth and easy. The french fries were super hot so they get a five from me today!
